“Great place!!”

Our apartment was less than a 10-minute walk to Temple Bar/Grafton Street area. The apartment was quite, tastefully furnished, and fully equipped. The staff was delightful and helpful. We look forward to another stay one of these days!

Stayed with a group of friends up for a match. Apartment in Central location. Good size and very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hassle free stay. Good value for money when spread across group. Will be using again

We booked ten nights but quickly gave two days notice to vacate. When the taxi driver tells you that it's in a bad part of town it doesn't make it for an enjoyable stay. There are much nicer parts of Dublin. The plumbing pipes were unbearable. Dark and tiredsome.

Check in went well - staff effective and helpful but perhaps a pbit perfuntory. Nothing negative... they get the job done.

Apartment was spacious and very well kept and clean. Everything was in great condition - full kitchen with great appliances, well stocked for daily use. It felt like we were living in Dublin! There were clear instructions and manuals for all appliances and everything was easy to use. Heat was plentiful, water pressure was strong and hot. Shower and bathroom were very large; bedroom was great with plenty of pillows of different types - nice blanket comfy bed. Our room facing the courtyard was quite every night. lots of closet space and storage; Great little washer dryer combo which we really needed; Two food markets a short walk away... By far one of the better apartments we've stayed at in both Europe and North America.

A few very small things that would help make the apartment event better...
- A shelf of cabinet in the bathroom would be nice. We had to put our toiletries on the end table in the living room. A very small issue that could be easily fixed
- The hot water heater made a lot clunking noises but we kept the bedroom door closed so it didn't bother us too much.
- Internet service was awful and did not work very well with android phone, or on my laptop. Connection which was sporadic at best and you could only login on ONE device at a time so we couldn't have both our phones on, or one phone and one laptop running. We highly recommend that they go with a better internet service. This was the only major issue for us and could be solved if the appartment used a better provider.

We would stay again anytime and will look at other stay city apartments next time we travel. We highly recommend.

Room Tip: we had a courtyyard room which was nice and quiet. Room 63.

Very confortable apartment in an unmatchable situation. Near the most important streets and places in Dublin city. The staff is very amiable and kind, always ready to help. The shower sistem is my only objection ( not a big one of course)
definitely I´ll recommend this appartement.

Was part of a group of 5 for a long weekend in Dublin. These apartments were not booked by me but I understand it was about £30/person/.night for 5 of us in a 6 bed apartment - so good value.

24 hour reception, excellent apartment which was clean, comfortable, with lots of hot water. Full kitchen, fridge/freezer/dishwasher, etc. There was a welcome pack with tea bags, coffee and milk. Dishwasher tablets, etc. supplied. Worked really well. Free wifi requires a slightly complicated registration process but worked well.

They have luggage storage lockers for 2 euros and the front desk will happily book taxis, provide wake up calls, etc.

Only issue was the 5:30am wake call we didn't book. We think this was an apartment number mistake.

Location is good and there are shops for basics in the vicinity.

An excellent stay. Will definitely look for the brand in other cities.

Nine people staying in two, two bedroom apartments for two nights. A couple of minor issues but the staff were thoroughly pleasant and helpful and managed to solve everyone. People who went without duvet's for the sofa beds and hot water apparently didn't ask to solve the problem as in both cases the staff explained or resolved the problem very promptly.

Great location in the centre of Dublin, bear in mind what you are paying and you'll have a great time
