Myself and my girlfriend decided to visit and had booked for 8:00pm. I had the caesar salad which I did not like but the soup was good. We did not receive the main course presented to our table until 9:45pm a full hour and 45 minutes later. The waiter arrived after our starters and asked did we want to see the dessert menu! and I kindly told him we were still waiting on the mains!!
We thought the atmosphere was quiet dreary. No candles on tables, no music, no ambience. We were here a year ago and had a great meal so maybe we caught them on a bad night! It is the Westin Hotel so we expected better! Management did apologize for the delays and also presented us with an anniversary dessert as that was our occasion.
