Found this accommodation in booking.com and the value was too good to pass up for a day's shopping prior to Christmas. Laura in Reception was very helpful and pleasant. The place was very clean, the room fine with a very high ceiling. Traffic at night was heavy and disturbed our sleep. Shower doors did not close fully, but it was as one would expect from a 3* hotel. breakfast was excellent and freshly prepared and staff were very friendly. Car parking (3 spaces) was limited beside the townhouse but we were assured that they had further parking elsewhere.

Room Tip: Select a bacj room if you are a light sleeper!

Lovely guest house, well kept, nice and clean. Great Breakfast. very friendly and courteous staff. Ideally placed for RDS, Ballsbridge and Donnybrook.Car parking was facilitated for my three night stay, which was very convenient, good wifi signal and free access. staff are very friendly but courteous and efficient. Lovely suburb of Dublin close to Herbert Park.

Room Tip: Single room was small but adequate for a short stay, if I was staying longer I think I would pay a p...

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They were knowledgable about the area and went out of their way to help. The hotel itself was well maintained and comfortable. In a lovely area in Dublin 4, the hotel is close to a number of shops, chemists and restaurants. It is an easy trip on the aircoach from the airport and convenient for travelling around Dublin. For someone who travels often, and around the world, I found this hotel a pleasure to stay in and would certainly recommend it to anyone visiting this area.

Room Tip: I slept downstairs in a room completely on it's own. It was quiet and comfortable.

I stayed with a group of nine for a weekend. We were all very happy with the service, food, rooms and location. It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a choice of busses into the centre within a couple of minutes walk. We have already recommended it.

Our room smelled very strongly of mildew and of the industrial cleaning agent or air freshener that was used in an attempt to cover the smell.

Poor water pressure in the showers and the room was worn and shabby. It is obvious they are doing their best with a worn-down building. They seem to be short staffed. The blonde woman ran breakfast, checked in guests, and dealt with customer complaints. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. Too bad the building is in disrepair (walls and curtains need a good scrubbing, the bathroom is a cheap add-on that isn't holding to the test of time).

Many stairs, with no elevator and no offer to help you with your bags. I will never stay here again--I should have left immediately when I smelled the bathroom (room 22).

The price is good and Dublin city center and airport are easily accessed by bus from this location. However the reviews on here and google seem to be mixed. We should have known better!

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. This is the first time we have had a previous guest mention an issue with wireless, it is cabled throughout the building and we have not had any previous issues. We will check this out immediately and fix any issues. We do find you mention about your room to be rather harsh, the bathrooms are 3-years old and well maintained, as are out beds, curtains and furniture. I would appreciate if you could contact us to discuss this review further Thank you, Lorraine.

My recent stay in Morehampton house was very disappointing, and not at all like the
description given on the Website.
The staff were very helpful and courteous, but the accommodation was very basic, and not good value for money.
