++ Plus sides: Quiet neigborhood and good connections to city, airport (Aircoach), Wicklow region. Cafes, park, bank and grocery stores nearby. Room (3 beds) and bathroom were fine, cleaned every day, everything worked. Breakfast good and fullfilling (eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, coffee/tea/juice, yoghurt). Hosts nice and helpful. All in all quite a pleasant stay!
-- Minus sides: Would have preferred some veggie options for breakfast. The bathroom was cleaned daily with chlorine (excessive), and the towels were (apparently?) changed daily (totally unnecessary). Ventilation could be better - wet clothes took ages to dry (it rained a lot during our stay). Thin walls especially in the bathroom (could hear neighbor bathroom activities). Adare felt more like a really small hotel than a B&B, as there were no real conversations or hanging out in the living room with the hosts or other guests.

Very much enjoyed our stay here, the location is perfect being a short walk to a good bus service and a shopping centre with fair restaurant choice. The street is very quiet and off street parking is available for guests. The bedroom was spacious but not large and the bathroom was of a good size, shower a touch cramped, but hey, I was cleaned. The towels were a bit on the small size and breakfast, whilst more than adequate, had pretty limited choice.

Perfect location, especially if you have a car to park. Quiet area, wide and clean bedrooms, nice owners and good breakfast! You can't expect a better B&B! I'll come back and recommend it to my friends!

Adare Bed and Breakfast is in a quiet neighborhood that is very close to a bus route that will get you into the heart of Dublin in minutes. Our room was spacious and beautiful. The delicious full breakfast will power you through the morning and early afternoon. The brown bread and tea were perfect every morning.

If you are using GPS, be sure to type in the address correctly. We visited Pembroke Place and Pembroke Road before finding Pembroke Park. It was worth every minute of extra driving!

Our first morning, we were jet-lagged and overslept beyond breakfast. I was going to make my own tea and get by on cereal, but Patrick would not hear of it--he cooked our eggs, grilled tomatoes, prepared bacon and sausage--it couldn't have been better!

Adare is one of those rare gems that you don't often come across. In a fantastic quiet tree lined street, a beautiful Victorian house and the most comfortable beds.
I have stayed at Adare more times then I can recall since discovering them in July last year. I stay in Dublin 3 nights a week and find this a home from home. I think that my repeated visits are testament to how wonderful they are. From the warm welcome by Patrick and Catherine , Patrick updating me on the latest rugby results locally and internationally, to the tasty breakfasts and warm comfortable rooms what more could you want. Conveniently located away from the noise this is a perfect place to unwind after a busy day sightseeing. I cannot rate them highly enough.

Room Tip: All rooms ensuite and all have double beds and very comfortable
