Bloom Brasserie was a real find and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about our evening there. The food was excellent - a 4 course set meal for Valentine's weekend. A tasty crab tian starter was followed by scallops for me and duck for husband, then steaks for both of us; all cooked perfectly and scrumptious. As each course was the right size, we even managed the deserts. Paraic, front of house and co-owner with his brother in the kitchen, was an excellent host and gave good advice on the wine. Excellent wine list with a range of prices and a good selection of wines by the glass. The service from all staff was first rate and it was a joy to watch the team working together. Talking to Paraic at the end, his passion for the business was evident and it shows! We will definitely be back.

We visited Bloom in November and we were really impressed. This time we returned with our greatest food critics - our children and they were just as impressed. This is a great restaurant where the staff are passionate about food and service. The menu is terrific value and the mussels are to die for!
