We saw "The accidental death of an anarchist" there and it was very nice. Located behind a "socialist" book store, this theatre is very cosy, with still a hint of the old revolution. We had a great time.

This little gem of a theatre is located behind a bookshop in the Temple Bar area of Dublin. The staff are great, always very helpful, and the theatre itself is comfortable and small enough to feel like your almost sitting on stage with the actors. The quality of productions are top class, I saw "The Woolgatherer" here last saturday and it was as good as anything I've seen staged anywhere, and better than most. At €15 a ticket it's a bargain and offers the chance to see great theatre in a uniquely intimate setting.

We didn't know what to expect, having decided to "try theatre in Dublin" and taking a flyer. What a lovely space, and a great production! "Love In the Title" was playing when we went, and the talent was top notch. Apparently the space itself has been renovated in the last couple years - despite what would have to be called its small size it didn't feel cramped in any way. Especially given the reasonable ticket price, if I actually lived in Dublin I'm sure I'd be a regular.

When visiting Dublin we were told to try out some local Theatre. After a bit of browsing we found a show called "Language Unbecoming a Lady" on at the New Theatre, it sounded interesting so we decided to go for it. On arrival we discovered the Theatre is at the back of a book shop, buying tickets was very easy, and the atmosphere very pleasant.

The show was excellent and patrons appeared to be regulars to this Theatre. Although small it gave you a more initimate feel to the production, and I would highly recommend a visit!
