We had a really good experience overall. Both tours we took left promptly at the listed times. Both of our tour guides were informative. Buses were comfortable with plenty of break stops. We especially enjoyed tour guide Jim on our Giants Causeway tour. He had so much great commentary and history info that he shared (and was funny without being inappropriate like our other tour guide). He was very considerate of all guests as well. Well done Jim!
The only thing that could be planned a little better is to maybe not go to the same little village for lunch (Cliffs of Moher tour) that so many other tour buses go to (or maybe stagger times?). There were long queues (limited facilities) for toilets and lunch with only 45 minutes to do it in We loved stopping in Galway; that was really fun.
We loved almost everything about our Giants Causeway tour except that it didn’t come with an actual ticket to the National Trust property so we weren’t able to access the gift shop or main toilets (there was only one toilet for ladies and one toilet for men that we were able to access which made for long queues), but I’m not sure if I’m annoyed with the tour about that or the National Trust. The next stop had toilets, we all lived and it was a really fun day!! We would do it all again!
