Lovely little park that doubles as a work of art and memorial. Perfect as part of visit to nearby Hugh lane gallery.

I took a stroll through the gardens and decided to take a seat on a bench. It was very quiet many people just relaxing. I almost took a nap. LOL NICE

We spent quite a bit of time just sitting here and relaxing. The history is interesting and this place is clearly a special place to the locals. We loved our time here. Not for excitement but for the beauty and rest.

“A worthwhile visit.”
Reviewed 23 February 2014

To remember the heroes who sacrificed for Irish independent. Garden of remembrance is located in the heart of the city, walking distance from O'Connell Street and superb location and it's also one of the most important attraction in Dublin. A lot of big events/parades chose to start from this spot.

Amazing and just in front of 'Hugh Lane Gallery'.

“Stunning and poignant”
Reviewed 17 December 2013

This garden is lovely. The cross is non-denominational and the mosaic tiles in the form of broken swords and shields within in are potent and lovely. A good place to think.
