Lovely park to relax in just off the busy Dublin streets. Very clean and well kept. Just a good place to take a break.

St Stephen's Green are walking distance from O'Connell Street. It's an ideal place for walking, jogging or just relaxing. The garden is simple and well laid out with flowers, greenery and lakes - you can see ducks, swans and even pelicans in the lakes. A few statues/busts line the internal perimeter of the park. Nothing striking, but overall a relaxing experience.

On a busy Saturday with a friend and her 5 year old twins we went into the gardens to sit on the lawn. It was sunny and therefore busy especially the children’s playground which was packed. One of the kids needed the loo and for the life of us we couldn’t find any and not for want of looking. If they’re there they must have been on the other side of the park. Thought they would be near the playground. Otherwise lovely place for a break away from the city.

The park is not very big but it’s enough. Children’s play area. Benches for you to sit, clean grass, bins, fountains, a big pond with fish and birds. Just lovely.
Recommend on a nice day, and anytime of the year also.

Great park in the middle of the city. Wonderful respite and lots of good people watching. Small ponds with waterfowl. Beautifully well kept grounds.
