Thank you for your comments but this is NOT A REVIEW OF EXPERIENCE GAELIC GAMES. At Experience Gaelic Games we bring visitors to local gaelic clubs where we explain why gaelic games mean so much more than just sport. We explain why there are over 2000+ gaelic clubs on this small island and why players play on front of huge crowds with no payment. Most importantly we introduce all our visitors to the games by teaching how to play the games. It's much better fun participating than spectating. After a session with us - spectating at a game is a much richer experience. Perhaps this review should be posted elsewhere as it's NOT review of the attraction Experience Gaelic Games.

“Fantastic!”
Reviewed 10 October 2013

We were 13 guys from Sweden, who tried The Gaelic Games september 2013. It was sweaty, intense and very funny. It was a really great afternoon and the coach was fantastic, made us all to really go in to the games. Warmly recommended!

“Great family activity”
Reviewed 6 October 2013

Our family of four, including our daughter aged 12 and our son aged 8, spent a morning with Corman learning hurling, Gaelic football, and handball. It was incredibly fun as we each developed our skills and had a real Irish experience. We had tickets for the All-Ireland Quarter Finals in Gaelic football the evening of our Experience Gaelic Games outing (which we did in the morning), so it made for a perfect Gaelic football day as Corman introduced us to the game. And there's nothing better than trying something out yourself. It certainly contributed to our appreciation of the game played by the highly skilled county teams!

“A truly unique and wonderful experience”
Reviewed 6 October 2013 via mobile

Cormac and the other hosts are extremely passionate about the history and heritage of Gaelic sports. Not only do you have the opportunity to learn these sports in a hands on capacity, you'll learn why they mean so much to so many Irish people and really feel some of that passion yourself. You will truly be at home while experiencing the Gaelic games and by the time you leave you will feel like these wonderful people are a part of your new family. I cannot recommend it enough. There is a very good reason why this is the top reviewed attraction in Dublin. I would recommend this to everyone I know traveling to Dublin.

“Deserves the top reviews it gets”
Reviewed 3 October 2013

First, the people really make this a 5-star experience. This is not some tourist trap, Georgina and her crew are truly passionate about these games and their history and place in Irish culture. Be prepared to get physical, as this is very hands on, you are actually playing these games. We worked up quite the sweat and I was sore for two days after! A truly great experience! Highly recommend.

Many, many thanks for your kind words which leave us feeling very proud and a bit humbled.
We're very privileged to be in a position to explain and share such an important part of our indigenous culture with visitors.
The fact that you took so much of your vacation time to spend with us and displayed so much interest in our uniquely Gaelic activities we're delighted that you enjoyed the experience.
Please remember it was just the first day of the rest of your life to continue to play and enjoy Gaelic Games! We hope you'll be back this way again soon.
