Spent a night there mid December and it was wonderful.
Helpful staff from arrival to departure. Able to check in earlier and our luggage was safe prior to a late flight the next day.
The location was brilliant, walking distance to temple bar area and o'connell street...even after a few too many pints of Guinness. All tourist attractions close by.
The room was spacious and clean. The bar area was great and the staff happy and fun. The bistro served great food and again helpful and happy.
I will definitely be returning to this hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

I hadn't stayed here for a while but on this occasion I was impressed that the service was even better than before. The free wifi was very welcome and the rate was so good it meant the value was excellent!

Room Tip: The street is quiet enough that rooms facing it are good. It's close to the bells of Christchurc...

We really enjoyed this hotel. Good size room, convenient location, traditional local pub on the main floor was a blast, though lots of smoke billowing from the pub into the hotel. Front desk staff could use a little lesson on greeting guests in a friendly manner (stop staring at the computer). Really good value for the location and quality.

Have stayed at the Harding Hotel in Dublin about 20 times on my Dublin trips. Always satisfied; good and clean rooms, great service, very nice staff, great pub on ground floor. The location is very convenient, close enough to everything and outside the noise of Temple bar. And everything at a very reasonable price, what more can you ask for. It really feels like coming home when I stay there.

We stayed at the harding hotel for 2 nights at the end summer 2013. we were delighted with the hotel. It is in a very good location just a few minutes walk from temple bar area. The room was a good size , very clean and smart and well maintained and furnished. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was equally as good with with a nice large shower with plenty of hot water on demand. The staff on the reception were probably the most friendly i have experienced anywhere in the world , they really couldn't do enough to help us get around the city with their good advice , directions, suggestions etc. The full irish breakfast in the hotel was fantastic too ! I would like to go back to Dublin again in 2014 and i will 100% be looking to book with the harding hotel as i know i won't be disappointed .

Granted, I was in a single "budget" room, with a window looking out over a small alley where people want for a smoke and a chat, but my bed was comfortable, the water was hot, the heating was good, the room was neat and tidy, and the food in the bar, and the breakfast in the bistro were excellent. I booked through Booking.com, so got a good deal on the room rate, but if I had been paying the rate shown in the guide to the hotel which is in the room (something like 190 euro per night if I remember correctly), I would have insisted on a better room. Note for intending visitors, the TV in room 101 is a particularly crappy one!

Room Tip: Room 101 has a crappy TV!
