“Best Bus Tour!”
Reviewed 8 July 2011

We arrived at our hotel too early to check in and with the green Dublin City Buses stop 1 accross the road we hopped on to kill some time and see the city. We were not disappointed, our first driver Gillian who took us on a complete tour was brilliant, really informative, nice accent (my Mum struggles with thick accents!) and we had sunshine to sit out up top. All of the drivers we met along the way as we hopped on and off over the next two days were funny, informative, friendly and pleasant. I cannot recommend the tour more. You also got a book of vouchers that gave you a euro off here, and a free coffee if you eat there. The red bus tour was also available but when we were waiting outside Kilmainham Gaol to get back on the bus some American's told us that our approaching bus was the third green one they'd seen whilst waiting for their red one. We never waited longer than 10mins for a bus and they were exceptionally good value.

“Great way to see the sights”
Reviewed 28 June 2011

We took this tour and it was great. The hop on/off aspect was great as there were some things we wanted to see in depth and others we merely wanted to drive by. The cost was reasonable and the booklet had coupons for several of the attractions (we used the Guinness to save money on admission). Drivers were very informative. We sat on top but a word of caution, watch out for trees. In two different locations in the city, branches whacked me in the face.

“Very enjoyable tour”
Reviewed 28 June 2011

Did a tour with Ritchie. This guy knows a lot about Irish history, injected a lot of humour into the tour and made an effort to get to know the participants along the way. The guide was very passionate about his city and Irish history in general. It was a very informative and entertaining day out. Most of the major historical sites were included.

My only complaint was that Ritchie spoke very fast. It was fine for me, a native English speaker, but could have been difficult for others on the tour.

“A great night out”
Reviewed 31 May 2011

Myself and some friends took this tour last week. I found it to be really entertaining and informative. The guide we had was brilliant , good fun and also had a good knowledge of the history of Dublin .

I enjoyed it a lot more than I expected and I highly recommended the tour.

“Good fun and very interesting”
Reviewed 29 May 2011

This was a really good part of our trip to Dublin... We really enjoyed the tour, Nick and Francis were our hosts and were both very funny.. The tour is a bit of fun and lighthearted entertainment as well as being informative. The stops at the graveyard and the haunted steps were great. The only thing i would fault about it was the price... 28 euros was a bit expensive compared to other tours on offer but worth it for the laugh!!!! Thanks guys!!!
