We checked into the hotel yesterday and initially i have to say I was unimpressed with the lack of car park spaces, however that was quickly resolved. The staff on the front desk were extremely helpful and pleasant. Our rooms were clean neat and tidy. Not too warm or cold.
We had dinner in the restaurant and value for money and service was next to none. Our waiter was funny, interactive and good craic. There was live entertainment which was lovely to listen too but not too loud that you couldn't chat over either.
I had a small issue which I brought to the attention of the staff. I was then spoken to by the manager who dealt with things without any problem.
Breakfast the following morning was tasty, warm and freshly made cooked breakfast.
I have no complaints about staying here or recommending it to others. I will be staying here again.

This hotel is on a main path into the city in a quiet neighborhood. The front desk staff are professional and the kitchen staff fantastic. The breakfast menu was typical Irish and quite nice. The value was pretty good.

Stayed here with my two brothers. One of the few hotels which accommodates three adults in the one room with three "proper" beds! Check in pleasant and efficient. On main bus route into centre of town. Bus stop outside front door. Room was very well presented with matching beds , drapes etc. Parking is an extra charge but reasonable at €5 per day.

I booked this hotel one year in advance to take my 6 year old daughter & niece to see One Direction.
Travelling from Belfast the hotel is so easy to find & has great parking. It is such an easy walk to Croke Park and the village atmosphere of it's surrounding makes you feel very safe.
I can't praise the staff enough, sparkling bubbles on arrival for the adult guests and One Direction EVERYWHERE for the young ones.
The staff were under great pressure but still managed to sing along with the endless One Direction songs and wore their themed t-shirts well.
Rooms were clean and fresh and the house keeping staff were all working so hard.
Eventhough renovation work was being carried out in the hotel it didn't affect our stay at all.
Would highly recommend this hotel for a cheeky weekend break & essential for any event at Croke Park.

Room Tip: 216 was close to the lift and had two windows for plenty of light and air

Love this hotel. Myself and few mates stay here every few months. Good value, staff is very friendly and helpful & good location. Some rooms are re done and lovely others are as they were & a bit small but always up to standards and cleanliness. Always recommend to people & always one of our top choices to stay when going to Dublin.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. I had wonderful service and help from staff for whatever I needed. It is part of the Best
Western chain but independently owned and operated- and you can tell from the extra flair the owner adds. From local music nights, to warm cookies to a wonderfully decorated and large reception area with lovely couches, chairs and other places to relax it made coming back after a long day very nice. The beds were comfy and I found everything to be clean. Note it's about a 10min drive to the city center but there is a bus stop across the street and taxis going by constantly.

My sister and I visit dublin year. We have stayed in many hotels but yet to find better service, better location, better food than this hotel. This has been are third visit, stay at this hotel and each time it is like the first. Each member of staff make you feel special and understand that you away from home, they equally understand the value of the customer and nothing is too much trouble. My sister has stayed since and I will be returning before the year is out. Location, out of airport number 13 bus city centre, ask the driver to give a shout when you get to hotel should cost around 3 euro, Takes about 15 min, From hotel to town again get the bus outside hotel or walk takes around 20 min. This hotel would suit business, couple, family, wedding any party.

Room Tip: All room are great
