I stayed 2 nights in December. Loved that place. Perfect location, fantastic friendly staff, great food and accommodation. Very clean and looked after. I will be back for sure. It's a strongly recommend hotel in the city centre. Thank you for your hospitality.

I stayed here for the first time on 22nd December, the staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and fitted out quite nicely.
The internet was a nightmare, Bitbuzz or some silly system like that, we could not get a connection until the reception tuned our phone to get it.
The floors in the corridors leading to the rooms creaked and kept us awake and the Hotel was closing for some reason on the 23rd so we couldn't use the bag store.
On the plus side the breakfast (extra price on the room ) was superb, as much as you could eat of good Irish grub and the location was good to easily walk to the center.

This is the 4th time I've been to this hotel and I can't wait to come back. It's clean and welcoming with great helpful staff. We stayed in a room on 4th floor looking down at the Central Bus Station this time, the room was well sized with a huge bathroom with tub. Breakfast was great as always. The airport bus leaves right in front of the building, and the hotel is just a short walk from the center. I can't get over how great a value for money it is and how little we had to pay for the great service we got.
The only thing that I'd change is the wifi service - it is a bit complicated to access but then, it is free and it worked great once we got through the hassle of registering - so this is definitely complaining on a very high level ;)

This hotel is close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle of everyday Dublin, we used it when going to a concert in the O2. Luas literally outside the door. Quaint hotel, clean and welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely dining within the hotel, felt like we were on holiday in the italian restaurant (worth a visit). Great price and facilities.

Room Tip: Was staying in the back of the hotel overlooking an enclosed yard, no traffic or noise.

Very affordable hotel in every aspect. B&B rate was very good for a Saturday night. Food in the bar was also well priced and tasty.
The staff at this hotel should be commended for their friendlieness, from the very welcoming and accommodating receptioin staff to the bar and waiting staff and the night porter who could not have done more to make our brief stay more accommodating.
We ate in the bar on the Saturday night and the food was both affordable and very tasty and breakfast was also excellent on Sunday morning.
The rooms were spotless and, as requested, we got a quiet room also. The only thing being the bed was not the most comfortable (535), but the other couple in our party said they had a very comfortable bed.
I will definatly stay at this hotel when in Dublin again and would reccommend it highly.

Stayed for 2 nights booked the main hotel website, location sold me the room until we entered the room. This was to be myself and my husbands honeymoon so I requested an early check in as we were arriving in dublin around half 10 nothing had to wait until half past 1. standard room not sure what you actually get for 125 euros in dublin, mattress was a basic open coil(sorry im a mattress consultant) worst i have ever slept in pretty much flattened to a piece of toast creaked every time you moved, floorboards creaked at every move, paper thin wall. Trains, trams, taxi's, buses shouting and yelling from the local pub, that was the sound of through the single pane glass all night 2 nights no sleep feel like i need a holiday to recoup my lost hours. Tv was old and no signal eventually after wasting an hour in our room waiting for it to be fixed we had replacedwith a miniscule tv obviously don't pay for cable and rely on freeview signal which dropped in and out . We had difficulty understanding the reception staff when we asked staff to repeat the conversation he was very abrupt and hung up, 2 minutes later he turned up at our door with a written message. Very unprofessional. Overall I will be paying for a high end hotel next time with better quality customer service.
