Lovely place to stay. Close to attractions that you can walk to. The staff was so friendly and were more than willing to answer questions about taxis, nearest bank and places to eat. Would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Room Tip: Limited choices for late eating nearby in my experience. Don't wait to late to eat.

The hotel is in a pretty good location. It's next door to trinity college more or less and is a 15-20min walk from Dublin City centre and 10-15 from Temple Bar. There's a couple nice restaurants and cafés walking distance in the area too.

The rooms are comfortable yet slightly dated but hold a little of that old world charm that we liked. There is also American plugs in the wall in the room which is handy.

Gym is modest but has enough to get a sweat and work off the Irish beers.

There is no parking on site, however, there is parking in a secure building 150m down the street which is 12€ per night with no in out privledges, which doesn't matter too much coz you can walk to most places.

Staff are helpful enough. Biggest negative and my pet hate about some 4* and 5* hotels is NO FREE WIFI ?? 3* even 2* offer free wifi?? Such a inconvenience having to pay for wifi when you already supposedly paid a premium price for the room!! Annoying. We stayed one night so wasn't a problem but if your in Dublin for a week that would grind my gears!

The location of this hotel is brilliant! Walking distance to the centre for shopping & tourists attractions. This was our second time staying here & everything was as good as the first time. The only thing I can complain about is some form of a fan that was constantly on in the hotel, didn't disturb me all night but was pretty annoying!
But all in all, a great hotel with great staff. William was on reception & was so good to print off directions for my boyfriend for the next morning.
We will definitely stay there again soon!

This hotel's WiFi absolutely doesn't work. I can't be an international travel needing WiFi and stay at a hotel without it. They advertise free WiFi (at least with my companies arrangement) but in reality it never works.

Its also old fashion, which I don't mind. But the bathroom sinks are so old fashioned that there's two spigots for hot and cold independently. So you're either scalding your hands or freezing them. Its annoying.
