We stayed one night here on our first night in Ireland. After arriving very early in the morning, getting the rental car and heading there, we were there by 6:30. They gladly held on to our luggage and directed us to parking (Jarvis parking lot...I think it was). Typically it would be 19 euros for a full day and night but hotel guests get it for 10 if you mention it when leaving the garage. It is a bit of a walk on cobblestone so I suggest dropping your bags off and then parking.. Don't need your car at all in Dublin.

The breakfast was good. Traditional Irish breakfast and all the additional continental stuff. Room was very large from what I am used to in Europe (we were upgraded for free I think). Generally clean, shower was a bit tough but I am 6'3 so a little too tall for the shower. If you are staying on the third floor, bags can be tough to get up there on your own but they are very helpful. Location is great as well. Just across the river from a lot of awesome stuff and also close to jameson!

Great location, very clean and big room, shame about the terrible reception staff with absolute no regard for customer service! Completly rude and unwelcoming, made it seem like we were a Hassel for them! One reception staff called gillian was particularly awful not a single smile or even idea of how to treat PAYING customers!!

This hotel was average. The room was dated, and my husband could hardly fit into the shower at 6'2". The mattress was ok, not the best sleep I've had. Staff was nice and they have a neat Irish bar/restaurant attached to the lobby of the hotel.

Stayed here one night for a function adjacent to the hotel. Rooms are very dated and somewhat basic, though you get what you pay for. This hotel is good for a night out in a Dublin if you are not after anything to sophisticated.

Breakfast wasn't great if honest, poor quality meat and very old style settings. As noted you get what you pay for. I would stay Gain though for the very reasonable price.

Stayed her for three nights weekend 16th-19th January 2014. We were there to celebrate my friend's Mum's 80th birthday. We arrived at midday Thurs and were allowed to check in straight away. Reception staff so friendly and welcoming. Room lovely clean and spacious bed very comfortable. Bar/restaurant staff helpful chatty and friendly. Thursday night show and dinner were brilliant service was great ....there was 28 of us and we all had dinner so promptly. Dancers were fabulous. Breakfast is brilliant plenty of everything and the freshly made scones...yummy. Dining room staff are exceptionally nice nothing is too much trouble as much tea as you like!!! Helena in charge of the dining room is so efficient the chef also what a nice boy. The hotel is situated near for everything great bars, shops, restaurants and so easy to get buses or walk to all the great sights. We walked to the Guinness factory about 20 mins. I would recommend this great hotel to anyone wanted to visit Dublin a very warm Irish welcome.

For what you pay and how expensive other accomodation is in dublin this place will give you the best deal in Dublin.

Room was great better than places like the novotel and what you would expect from a 4 star hotel chain. Bed was massive!

Lots of noise from the street though.. kegs getting delievered at 7am woke us up but not much they can do about it.
