Room was stuffy and the window opened out onto a hostel. Extremely noisy hotel. Cleaning staff hoovering the hall noisily at 8am! Won't be going back. Certainly not a cheap stay but a very disappointing one.
Went to the restaurant that night. After 45 mins and checking with staff they said they has forgotten our order and it would have to wait again. We went to McDonald's instead!

Forgot to do this in November..

My family and I came here for our yearly visit to Dublin we try to stay some where different every time. We stayed in the Arlington November 2017.
We had the most amazing time, from start to end. Food and the bar was so good atmosphere for a Monday night was so much fun. We stayed for a total of three nights and really felt like home by the end of it.. the staff where just amazing .

Looking forward to booking in again this November .. thank you to all the staff that mad are visit amazing .

Hotel needs some serious updates. Bathroom was dingy and old. Backed up to an alley outside our window that was very loud with people at night. No air conditioning and it was unseasonably warm for May. Positive is the location is great, walking distance to most sites. I wouldn’t stay here again though.

Spending nine nights and no significant issues. Nice staff, room is clean and comfy, and restauranr/bar is always lively with music. Bed is very comfy and ample toiletries are provided daily. i didn't give it 5 stars because of the lack of AC. Could be a problem in the summer months. The staff provided a fan so we slept comfortably. I would stay here again.

Room Tip: higher floor is quieter from bar music

We booked a stay at The Arlington for a long weekend in early March having never visited Dublin before. The location is ideal if you want somewhere within easy walking distance of all the city centre attractions and the Temple Bar area. We stayed the weekend when Scotland were playing Ireland in the Six Nations Rugby so it was certainly getting lively but it was a great atmosphere with lots of singing and drinking going on as you would expect. Our weekend was cut short unfortunately when we received the sad news of a death in the family back in England but the hotel staff could not have been more helpful. Unfortunately the same could not be said of Ryanair who were most unhelpful despite many promises and taking the advice of the staff. We would love to return to see Dublin again and would certainly stay at The Arlington again but we have been put off by the treatment we received from Ryanair.

Stayed: March 2018
