One of the best hotels I've stayed at, and I've stayed at a few. From the strength of the Wi-Fi to the strength of the shower, everything was top-notch: large, well-appointed rooms, overly helpful staff, lots of spots to work or relax in, good location close to the centre, nice cosy bar.

On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a suite as they were fully booked. Excellent service from all staff. Lovely welcoming atmosphere. Location is good and just a short walk from the main drag. Breakfast good. Highly recommend eating in the restaurant especially if you get a deal - it was fantastic and there were some locals in there too. This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in.

First visit in 2010 - it was the Trinity Capital then. The décor is like nowhere else and is truly conversational. Franceska at the front desk and Gabor at dinner service helped make this a five-star stay. The food and accommodations were excellent. The Book of Kells is a stone's throw away, as is the shopping promenade known as Grafton Street. But the main draw - as one can see from the pictures - is the décor and layout. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, too. I'm sold. I will stay there whenever I am in Dublin.

We had the pleasure of staying at Trinity City for 2 nights. We enjoyed our stay as it was within walking distance of most attractions, but wasn't "right in the middle" of things. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing. Will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Dublin.

Good stay. We spent extra for a Tara suite which was spacious and had air con. Very quiet. The hotel has a great location adjacent to Trinity College and is within walking distance of most sights. Wifi available throughout the hotel.

One complaint was the lack of staff at breakfast and the inefficient system of seating people. We waited too long in queues each morning. Management need to review the process. Service was fine one you actually got a table.

Not impressive from the outside, but ok inside if you like dark wood walls and what I'd call eclectic Victorian. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Room not large, but ok. Location close to Trinity College, but that's it. There is firehouse next door and nothing attractive about the neighborhood, but from what I've seen there is not much attractive about Dublin at all. Restaurant served a good meal, we had pork roast. Breakfast was disappointing, same old, same old. Tasteless scrambled eggs, limited fruit selection. Had better in small B&Bs in Northern Ireland this week.

Stayed here for a girly weekend treat with friends (a 40th Birthday celebration) and loved the hotel. Especially the courtyard garden, nothing more lovely than sitting in the sunshine, sipping fab cocktails by the friendly barman Gabor.
