An excellent venue for any occasion. Booked Clontart Castle as it was convenient and very competitive. I organised the party from the Uk with the help of Marianne Fanning, the C&B Events Manager. She responded to all my queries and the party was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful and the food was brilliant.

The Clontarf was everything we could ask for and more for our first stay in Dublin. The people were so helpful and friendly that we were sad to leave after two nights. The area is so beautiful and safe at all times. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone but it is especially quite a romantic getaway.

My wife & I had a very pleasant 2 nights here. The decor of the hotel was very good. Overall very satisfactory service. It's located about 20mins from the city centre with a hop on & off bus service every morning. It definitely lives up to its ratings.

The hotel is stunning, built around the original castle which makes it unique. The rooms are really lovely and the beds are so comfy and huge! My nephew got married there on Saturday the 7th June and it is a truly fantastic place to get married, the suite he booked for the wedding night was the height of luxury. I loved staying there and will be back as soon as possible! The breakfasts was very good and the staff are helpfull and polite. Would recomend this hotel to anyone.

Room Tip: The double rooms have huge, comfy beds and a bath, so would recomend them.

We always enjoy staying in "The Castle" as we find everything is to a very high standard.
The staff are always helpful and the food is exceptional, We hope to use it for many years to come. My wife says that of all the hotels she has used in many parts of the world Clontarf Castle is her favourite. Would not consider any other Hotel when visiting Dublin.

We cant say enough good things about Clontarf Castle. We had our wedding here on the 02May14 and had a wonderful girl looking after us, Marianne, who was so helpful, friendly, always quick to respond to any queries we had prior to the big day and just in general couldn't do enough for us. Then when the day arrived itself, it couldn't have been more perfect! All the staff were amazing, the room was decorated beautifully, the food & wine were fantastic, there was more than enough to go around, the bedrooms were lovely and clean and the breakfast the next morning went down a treat! We had the best day and night here and would definitely recommend having your wedding here. Thanks to everyone in Clontarf Castle, it really was the best day of our lives! Dee & Stephen

Room Tip: Rooms on the upper floors at the front of the hotel would have the nicest views

We thought staying at Clontarf would be cool...and it was. The accommodations were nice. The location was also nice. The staff was super nice! They were able to accommodate our arrival, for which we were so appreciative! The restaurants were the scene stealer for me. We ate 1 dinner and 2 breakfasts at Fahrenheit and both the staff and the food were so good, dinner in particular was awesome! The staff during dinner was so sweet and so attentive. We also went to Knights Bar for drinks, lunch and dinner. Great every time. We like to sit at the bar and the bar tenders were so friendly to talk to while seated at the bar. Clontarf is so close to Dublin yet it feels worlds away and so layed back and peaceful. We took the bus into Dublin and it was only €2.60. We took a taxi back to Clontarf from the Guinness Storehouse and it was only ~€15. So while you are at a Castle hotel and it's so peaceful, you are not more than a short bus or taxi ride back.
