The hotel is well situated along the Luas Tram line and the hop on hop off bus stops right outside. The main Heuston train/bus station is just opposite. We stayed in a 4 bed room (1 double/2 single). There was all the usual amenties and free WiFi in the rooms which was great. The breakfast was a bit pricey at 12€ but it was of excellent quality! We would highly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Ask for a front facing room and you will get a view over the Guinness factory!

We (three sisters) have nothing but praise for this hotel and it's staff. Friendly, accommodating, chatty and cheerful we would recommend this hotel to any visitor to Dublin. The breakfasts are fabulous, and the bar menu outstanding. Heuston station is 90 secs walk away and the tram runs right by the door for a quick trip into the city centre or beyond. We were overwhelmed with the hospitality after some pretty ordinary experience in a London hotel in Lancaster Gate.

My daughter and I stayed here last weekend, this was our first time staying at this hotel. A lovely comfortable hotel, lovely twin room, very clean bathroom, breakfast very good, restaurant staff absolutely lovely. A 2 minute walk from Heuston Station, a 4 minute walk to the nearest Luas stop. All in all very good but no 'cead mile failte' from reception staff :( Also not the best place to stay if you're a smoker :)

This hotel was medeocre. The room was freezing and the bed for two was really a large twin. The breakfast was fine. it is really far from the city cetner but you can take a tram into town. Not the best location but if you are looking for a cheaper place to stay this is it.

A great location near the center of town and across from the Hueston train station. The tram line ran past the front door. The staff is incomparable. Nothing was too much for them. The hotel manager even parked my car for me when I had trouble with the combination of stick shift and right hand drive. Food and drink were likewise outstanding. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable The only thing we found to criticize was that the bathroom could use some updating.
