“Great Location!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 July 2014

This is a very nice B&B just a couple of blocks from St. Stephen's Green and numerous pubs, restaurants and shopping. Our room was spacious with a very nice en suite. The staff was pleasant and accommodating and the breakfasts were very good.

We spent two nights in this B&B and we were not disappointed! The welcome with coffee, tea and scones was very warm. The room and bathroom were clean and the kingsize bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was more than enough with a full Irish breakfast with eggs whatever one likes. The staff was very friendly and cooperative.
It's close by the city centre, a short walk.
The B&B is situated in two houses, we were in the annex, a similar building.
One small thing: the WIFI on our floor (third) is a bit weak... but that was not such a big problem.

Stayed at this establishment for two night in mid-June. The room as clean and was convenient to where we wanted to go. However, the pre-paid transportation we had arranged fell through two of the four times it was scheduled. Since it was over a weekend, there was no management on hand to address the issue. Leak in bathroom from toilet in room above, reported twice but was still leaking when we checked out.

The room was clean and beds comfortable.

Staff are very friendly, and welcoming upon arrival/departure of hotel. Gave me a guide map to help find my way around Dublin. Also offered complimentary tea/coffee and scones.

Bed very comfortable, with 2 generous pillows (single bed). Very thick walls in room 21, so had no problems whatsoever with noise when sleeping. Tea and coffee, and tv in room which was nice.

Breakfast was simply amazing - lovely irish toast and bread, endless tea/coffee offered, amazing full breakfast, after a starter of fruit and yoghurt - I am still full 5 hours later! Decor in breakfast room was very lovely - and the beautiful view of regency properties opposite out the window, with the overhanging tree reminded me of some streets in london.

Only a 2 minute walk from a beautiful park, and about 5/10 minutes from main shopping.

If I had to be critical, my tap was dripping a little during the night that I couldn't switch off (forgot to mention it on the way out!)

Thank you for a lovely stay. I will be back next time I am in Dublin.

Cozy queen sized bed (very comfortable); en suite shower and sink, and the shared bathrooms were just a few steps away - never had to wait and they were always clean. Not enough time to enjoy afternoon tea in the elegant sitting room, but breakfast was delicious, hot and welcoming in a lovely sunlit dining room. Easy walking distance to St. Stephen's Green and the desk manager was very helpful with directions, bottled water, and holding our bags on the last a.m. while we did some last sightseeing.

Took an 8 day break to coincide with the WAFAS event in June 2014.Warm greeting on arrival and it included scones and tea! Our bedroom was functional and the bed was really comfortable. Good choice at breakfast from full Irish to smoked salmon and scrambled eggs-delicious. Staff were happy to help, friendly and chatty.
About a 10minute walk to Grafton St, less if you took the LUAS (tram system)

Stayed here as it was close to the lazer eye clinic, while it may be a little on the expensive side for a b & b the service is second to none, we got everything we asked for. When you take into account parking is included and the location, its really not that bad.
Beds were really comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the concierge was the most pleasant guy, didn't get his name but he made us feel right at home and saw us off this morning. You don't get that personal touch everywhere, couldn't fault the place.
