We stayed in Dublin for two nights and had a family-room with our two children. The room was not too big but very lovely furnished, the beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was excellent! The stuff was extremely nice and helpful!
The walk to the city center was much shorter than expected, we didn,t even need the nearby bus but walked all the city by feet, what was very interesting! Nearby the hotel there are several great restaurants and a supermarket, also the Canal what reminded us on "Dirty Old Town" by The Pogues :-) See you next year!

We stayed for just 2 nights but it was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Also the location is great, a 15 minute walk to the centre of Dublin. A bus is available nearby.
The room was clean and big with comfy beds. We will come back.

A home-like mini-hotel. Exceedingly friendly and helpful staff, small, but clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, free wi-fi, a bus stop just outside the hotel, 15-20 mins walk to Grafton street and Trinity College. Definitely a good choice if one comes to see the city. We especially liked tourist information desk and a list of pubs and restaurants nearby.

My wife and I were in Dublin for two days with our two sons. We had a nice room for the four of us. Being able to park our car there was also a plus.
The area were the lodge is, is very nice, and the walk to St. Stephen's Green is worth the time (20 minutes).

Waterloo Lodge has the most friendly, welcoming staff you can imagine! We had some trouble with our booking in an other hotel, but the Waterloo Lodge was amazing and they managed all the trouble we had. Many thanks and lots of hugs to Amber!!!
Our room was excellent and very clean with free internet wireless. You have two options for breakfast - continental and traditional Irish Both were very nice.
It's close to Grafton St/Trinity so is a good location for exploring the city and very reasonable for city centre prices, but is quiet.
Thank you,it made our short trip easier and we would love to recommend anybody who go to Dublin and will be looking for accomodation.

I took a chance on this place because of the good reviews, and am glad I did. I wanted to be walking distance away from the Temple Bar district, and this place is suitably located for that. St Patrick's Day would be crazy for sure, this allowed me to blend with locals and have a peaceful stay. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were attentive. They were so helpful and took looked after me. They can answer any questions you may have, they know the city, bus routes, the works. I loved the neighborhood, with pubs and coffee, groceries and laundry, all a few minutes walk away.
