Owner description: Since John Jameson's brave first steps into this building in 1780, we've been focused on his ambition to create unforgettable experiences (along with great whiskey, of course). The new look Jameson Distillery Bow St. carries on this ambition through five fully guided experiences: Bow St. Experience Distillery Tour, Premium Whiskey Tasting, Whiskey Blending Class, Whiskey Cocktail Making Class, and a Cask Draw Experience in Dublin's only Live Maturation Warehouse - all of which have a firm focus on immersive storytelling. You'll be invited to touch, smell, and most importantly, taste Jameson in the original Bow St. Distillery buildings. The only way to get closer to the source would be to have John Jameson guide you through the distillery himself.
Useful Information: Lockers / storage, Bathroom facilities, Wheelchair access

We visited the distillery as part of a day tour around Dublin. We had a guided tour from Eoin who was exceptional at his job. He interacted well with the visitors and his knowledge of Jamesons is second to none. The videos and walled diagrams are amazing to see along with the whole process of making whiskey. Of course the best part was tasting the whiskey and getting to differentiate between Jamesons, Johnny Walker and Jack Daniels. You definitely wouldn't want to be driving after visiting. Fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to family and friends visiting Dublin with a taste for whiskey.

The Jameson Distillery offers a Whiskey makers tour of 90 min at €60 where you can taste a variety of their whiskey and also blend your own.
Tip: enjoy a good meal beforehand because you get a lot of whiskey to taste. It’s up to you if you finish them all!!

I thought that the Jameson St. Bow Street distillery tour was a lot of fun. I found it engaging and very informative on scotch production. While this isn't actually a distillery tour as they moved the operation to Cork, I still really enjoyed it. Our tour guide David was entertaining and knowledgeable.

Great wee tour if you are on a tight timetable. The distillery is in a lovely setting beside Smithfield and the staff are excellent...Friendly and helpful.

Well worth a visit for tourists and Irish people..Jameson whiskey is the best after all.

OK, so no one is making the good stuff in this location. I wasn't looking for production pointers. The 20 minute presentation tour was exceptional. I was already a Jameson's fan, now even stronger
