“ Nice Pint of Stout!!”
Reviewed 23 July 2014 via mobile

Dropped in here for a quick pint while waiting for my better half yesterday evening. Nice pint and at €5 not a bad price for the area. Quiet enough bar with not a lot going on but a nice place for a quiet pint to sit by the window and watch the world go by!!

“Good food”
Reviewed 21 July 2014

Early in the evening so was fairly quiet but great service and chatty batman. We were only after basic meal and this served the bill. Good smoked ham and bruschetta - friendly service, not pub and bar.

“Quiet drink!”
Reviewed 12 July 2014

Dropped in here back a month or so ago for a quiet afternoon drink on a mini pub crawl with my boyfriend. Sat at the bar, not too far from a small group of American girls who were having the craic with the barman. There was a lovely atmosphere and the barman was very friendly, bringing us into the conversation and the laugh a little. We've been talking about going back since! :)

“Thank you for the best afternoon!”
Reviewed 12 June 2014

Wonderful place to have a pint (or three)! Friends and I happened upon this great spot while exploring the city. It was a Monday, so it was quiet, but that was a welcome relief from the busy city. Our bartender mixed up part of our group with mixed drinks (his choice - we all enjoyed) and he had good suggestions for locally crafted beer. We didn't try any food, but there were different locals that had come in to order, so that must say something. Should I find myself in Dublin again I wouldn't hesitate to stop in.

“Just how I pictured a real Irish pub”
Reviewed 6 June 2014 via mobile

Dublin was the first stop on a long European tour, with our first meal being at this bar. The bartender was great to talk to; he was very charismatic and welcoming. The bangers and mash were a good choice of a dish, both filling and tasty
