“Breakfast Bagel - winner”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 February 2014

Stopped here on a Saturday morning for breakfast (I guess it was really brunch - it was mid-day if I'm honest). My friend and I both had a coffee and a breakfast bagel and it did the trick!
Really nice coffee and the breakfast bagel was pretty big. The sausages were of the cheap variety but if truth be told - I love a cheap sausage every now and again!

I would recommend this as good value for money based on what we had.

“Standard Café but Overpriced”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 November 2013

Visited a few times. Usually quite busy and crowded, not much room and not very comfortable. Lunch time particularly is quite stressful in there with staff constantly brushing past chairs and tables.

Food is okay, not special, fairly standard fare. But quite overpriced for what they offer, I believe you are paying for the location not the food. Overall, for lunch in Dublin you can do better!

“Short stop for great coffee”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 September 2013

Mocha latte was a work of art, the cappucino good strong but not bitter and the tea was errr tea. Service was quick and friendly. Avoid the chains, better atmosphere, proper crockery and table service for LESS ! The cakes looked very fine, guess I'll have to return when I'm less hungry.

“A nice enough cafe”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 August 2013

On the face of it the menu looks like good value, but the portions are small.

I had a BLT and an alcohol free Erdinger. Sandwich was very tasty.

Staff were nice, although a bit slow in taking our order.

It has nice on street seating. And it was the start of the heatwave. Felt like I was a tourist on holidays... :)

“Great breakfast”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 August 2013

We recently stayed in the Stephens Green Travel Lodge and had breakfast here on two mornings. The weather was glorious so we could sit outside and the breakfast selection was great offering healthy granola, fruit salad, yoghurt etc. but also offering the full fry. Staff were friendly & service good, so overall a nice little place for breakfast.
