Grungy looking outside but trendy, relatively clean, and energetic inside. The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner but overall the place was nice. Quiet rooms with good sleeping arrangements. Friendly and helpful staff set up a few day tours for us. When we left missed our bus and the staff was kind enough to let us return, eat or complimentary breakfast, and use the their internet to find a connecting bus. Overall good hostel. Definitely recommend.

I loved this Hostel, as it was a great introduction to solo hostel traveling. The staff was friendly, and helped get me settled in. They were great, even remaining calm and jovial when the power went out due to construction. The power came back on after a few hours but I was really impressed by how the hostel handled the situation. The room, a mixed dorm, had surprisingly good security. I felt very safe in the hostel. The location is great, on the Liffey, and close to Temple Bar. The only reason this hostel does not get 5 Stars is because the breakfast was pretty unimpressive. That being said, when I return to Dublin I will be staying at this hostel again.

I traveled to a few countries in Europe and Four Courts was my starting and ending hostel. The staff is hilarious and the guys who run the front desk are so friendly. I stayed in a few different rooms (mostly the large ones with like 10 bunk beds because they are the cheapest). The noise level was actually pretty tolerable since you aren't in the heart of downtown. Best part is how easy it was to walk everywhere. The location was phenomenal. Overall, the hostel was very clean and the common space is bright and open. Bonus that they serve breakfast in the morning, even if I had to drag myself out of bed 5 minutes before they stopped serving. It was just traditional food like cereal, toast and tea/coffee, but definitely helped out my mornings. If I'm ever back in Ireland, I will definitely be staying here again :)

The four courts is very well located and perfect for a long weekend trip. The temple bar, Guinness storehouse, historical Jameson distillery and places to go shopping are all in walking distance.

The prices for the beds are very cheap for this location. We wore a group of ten people and got a room with ten beds for 180 € per night.

Room Tip: Write a mail and tell them what you need they made me a great offer.

Nice place, was pretty happy with everything. It is a little bit out of the city center, but you can get a tram outside the door. Pretty chilly, but maybe im not used to the weather over here. I asked at reception and got an extra duna, so that was ok. Breakfast was pretty good.

Don't expect too much and you'll be pleasantly impressed. The rooms are kept well and the staff is very friendly. The location is perfect for the normal tourist stuff in Temple Bar and the City Center. No need for public transportation at this location. Price was great and the kitchen was stocked with all of the necessary implements. It's a little crowded in the common rooms, but great for meeting people.

Room Tip: call and ask for a room away from the street and make sure it isn't on the first floor.

Stayed here with 2 mates after a gig in Dublin, was cheap clean and in a great location. They have no curfew so you can come and go when you please it is a very large hostel with people coming and going all times of the night and day. The staff which i encountered were very helpful and informative and nothing was too much trouble for them.
