nice hotel, room was a bit small-only a skylight for light but clean and tidy. The only downside was the leisure centre didn't open until 9am on Saturday and Sunday and that was when we were there for the Pro12 final so it was too late for us to visit both days as we wanted to sightsee. The breakfast was really good value for 10euros p.p and the Luas into the city centre was very close to hotel.

First time we stayed we were very disappointed that the leisure centre was closed early in the morning and in the evening, so we not got to use it. But we booked again and because some of our show days were during the week we did enjoy the relaxing pool to chill out. We find the hotel a bit dated, but staff was very nice.

Staff were friendly and the room was spotless, use of leisure centre is a huge plus and the hotel is central. Food was absolutely gorgeous my partner and I were pleasantly surprised menu was very modern with steak on the stone being offered for a good price - something I will be going back for!

We recently stayed at the Best Western hotel for a night. Although the decor in the rooms is dated, they are spotless. We ate there in the evening, there is a good choice on the menu and had breakfast in the morning which you could not fault. What sets the hotel apart is the staff. I was travelling with my two sons and we felt welcome from when we got there to when we left. All the staff were friendly, one of the bar staff was exceptionally kind and went out and bought goats milk for my son which I really appreciated as we were down from Clare and did not know the area. So thanks for a great stay and would stay again

If you stay at this hotel you have access to the leisure centre next door. It has a lovely pool (ideal for kids as my grandson will testify) The breakfasts are very good and the bar is good too. The tram is a very short walk and if pre-booked is cheap.

Room Tip: First floor is best especially family room overlooking the leisure centre.
