I guess - for family reasons - I am fussy about Indian food, because I have been brought up on it. Bombay Pantry is ok, its got all the choices you would expect - korma, masala, vegetarian options, Peshwari and ordinary Naan.... However, I was somewhat disappointed by the flavours. The korma really didn't taste at all - no coconut or spicy themes coming through (just because korma is "mild", that shouldn't mean "tasteless"), the rogan josh, as another writer has commented, was just like tomato bolognese (a la Dolmio!), not much that was Indian about it.
I expect to taste cumin, cardomom, garam masala - especially in Bombay cooking. On the plus side, the naan was good, but I want to find more distinct flavours in the dishes.
