A party of 8 on 23rd of May to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant was extremely busy so the noise level was horrendous. The staff were run off their feet. Hence the time between the courses was just that but too long.our desserts were left at the serving counter so long the ice cream had melted. Our main course was mainly steaks, Lamb and prawns. They were enjoyable. However we have had better at Hartleys in Dun Laoghaire. My nieces loved the non alcholic cocktails. An enjoyable night despite the little niggles.

Aperitiv & smoking area downstairs. Restaurant First Flor. Set menù or a la carte. Nice service, but food and drinks kind offline expensive. The food It was nice, but at the moment in Dublin you can find the same quality for half price. Still a nice place to go. For a party, not for a romantic date.

We’d been to Fire before some years ago and decided to revisit it on our one night in Dublin. It’s a very classy establishment with a nice lounge area for pre-dinner drinks before you enter the beautiful dining hall. The prices reflect the quality which is to be expected. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our food was delicious as before including lamb and wood-fired prawns. Only downside for us was that it was rather noisy compared to previous visits, with some pointless background music that you could only hear the bass of anyway adding to the sound levels.

Have visited a few times now, food always good but recently increased their prices significantly without upping their game. For their famous Sunday roast you now pay a supplement for the Sunday roast part! A bit sneaky to say the least, also a supplement for the chicken in the Caesar salad!
