Location is great, right in the thick of it! Room is dated yet clean. Food is delicious. Bar and restaurant service is sporadic, but this is by no means unusual for this part of the world. If you require a centrally located, clean place to stay that is not going to break the bank then the Citi Hotel is for you! I would stay here again without a doubt.
