Tommy Graham was our guide for your tour through Dublin. Are marvelous man, he kept us entertained and informed, despite the cold and rain. Topics covered included, naturally, the English Occupation of Ireland (Both of them), the Easter Uprising, the formation of the United Irishmen, the first Irish parliament, the Viking settlements of Ireland, the Celtic tribes, bad puns, good puns, a Viagra joke (it's Ireland largest export--and it's expanding!) and MORE. Highly recommended.

Thank David S

Our tour guide Tommy was extremely informative and took the time to explain many of the great landmarks of Dublin City. He even gave us tips as to where to stay away from (tourist traps) and what great films to watch regarding the history/heritage of Ireland. Very easy-going and a good buy for your money - about 2 hours for the tour. Note: if you want to take the Literary Pub Crawl and see the Little Museum of Dublin, you get discounts for those tours from taking this tour. Also, make sure to take this tour at the start of your journey. We did ours at the end only because of scheduling.

My husband and I enjoyed our private walking tour very much! We appreciated how knowledgable our guide Tommy was and would highly recommend this tour. If you're looking for a walking tour that hits all the major spots and is very informative than this is the tour for you! We learned a great deal about Irish history and had a wonderful time!

Tommy Graham brought the history of Ireland to life on this tour. He mentioned the Presbyterians were the first Rebublicans/ Nationalists on the island but they tend to forget this! As a presbyterian from birth I couldn't agree more - but the problem is, we were never taught Irish history in protestant schools. We had a little book "A Short history of Ireland" which skimmed over history. We knew nothing of the United Irishmen in Co. Down and Belfast..Tommy said "they need to come on my tour" and I couldn't agree more. I'm looking forward to learning more next year about 1916.
