We stayed the night while visiting Dublin for a concert. We just wanted somewhere cheap and cheerful to sleep, instead we got an excellent room and the most friendly and helpful hosts you would ask for.. way more than we expected, and we are so happy we ended up here. We were given information and tips about the local area and local transport, it helped so much. We would highly recommend for anyone

We needed a place for just an evening and close to the airport. Bernie was very accommodating. She gave us directions into the city, advice on where to visit. The place was great, we had a lot of space. We missed breakfast due to a flight, but Im sure it would have been great.

We spent one night here whilst in Dublin for a wedding. Offered a cup of tea on arrival, which was a lovely gesture. Very easy to get to city centre and house in a very quiet area. PJ cooked our breakfast and he has def been well trained by Bernie!!! Will def be back to stay here . Excellent value for money and a lovely welcome.

We spent two nights here in late August and had a fantastic stay. Bernie and PJ could not have been nicer or more helpful. It is very easy to get to the city center by bus and there are two fantastic pubs within a few blocks (Kavanagh's ant Hedigan's). Bernie has lots of suggestions of things to do and her breakfasts were excellent. After we stayed here we then spent a few nights at a city center hotel and my husband and I both wished we were back at Botanic View!

My husband and I spent two nights here. Bernie was very helpful and we were able to park our car securely (we didn't need it during our stay in Dublin but were going camping afterwards so had lots of equipment). We received advice about where to eat, drink etc. Very convenient for the Botanic Gardens. The room was fine - not exceptional, but clean and pleasant. Breakfast also pleasant. Although our room was at the front of the house it was very quiet.

Botanic View B&B is located in an historic part of Dublin with easy access to City Center, the beautiful botanical gardens and a number of traditional local pubs. Bernie and PJ were very friendly and helpful hosts. They made our family's trip much easier and much more enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the full Irish breakfast was delicious. When we return to Dublin in the future we plan to stay with Bernie and PJ at the Botanic View B&B again.

Stayed here a for a a long weekend and had a brilliant time. Bernie and PJ couldn't have been nicer or more helpfull. Both were full of local knowledge which really helped. Brilliant accomodation which is really close to local bus services, some good pubs and the botanic gardens. Would highly recommend and will certainly stay again when in dublin next.
