Stayed here for a business trip, 3 weeks in total.
Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are friendly. Room Service was very nice.
Good location, close to Dublin Castle.
Great little pub down the road, 2 euro pints for happy hour!!!

Room Tip: Try to get one away from Lifts, can be noisy at night

I honestly think there was not a single member of staff from Ireland!
this lead to a large language gap and a distinct lack of communication and understanding between myself and staff.
Rooms ok, but small. Nice and modern though.
My room was by a lift and very loud. I would ask for a room away from the common areas.
Beds fine, but maid service terrible. The maid literally broke into my room on 3 occasions to deliver dirty, unfolded towels. VERY unprofessional.
Nespresso machine in room was broken (business class room) and only 1 dressing gown for 2!
I was not impressed, and the manager refused to honor the 100% satisfaction guarantee, which just made me even less impressed as an elite member in club carlson.
For the price and location its good, but service wise it is totally a failure.
I would only return for the right price and if I was guaranteed a quiet room (which I requested)

Room Tip: quiet location

This hotel was outstanding in so many ways. My partner and I had originally booked another hotel through hotels.com only to arrive in Dublin to find out that they overbooked and did not have a room for us. They were able to move us to the Radisson Blu hotel and comp us the first night thankfully.
Let me say I'm glad this mix up happened because the Radisson Blu was wonderful! The rooms were clean and really nice, the dining room and food selection were great, the hotel itself was in a wonderful location in the city centre, and the best part of all was the wonderful hotel staff! They were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. My partner actually proposed during our stay there and they really helped to make it a wonderful night with a beautiful champagne and dessert spread in our room. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone I know who's planning to travel to Dublin. Thanks again to the staff at the Radisson Blu who helped to make our stay and our engagement a wonderful experience!

We stayed here for 4 nights in July and were very impressed. The service was fantastic, the staff were friendly, helpful and polite.
The room we were in was immaculately clean and as we had a business calss room we were given free apples every day and a free newspaper every morning.
Upon arrival there was complemetary bottled water, it's these little touches that make all the difference.
The breakfast was quite simply amazing, it is decribed as a buffet breakfast which does not really do it justice, I have honestly never seen so much choice.
There was cereal, fried bacon eggs, etc, smoothies, fruit, crossiants, waffles, bagels toast. and that is just scratching the surface.

The location is quiet but only about 5-10 minutes walk from where all the action is so it's perfect for exploring Dublin on foot.

If I have one minor criticisim it is that we found the evening meal menu to be very limited (but good value) However there are so many good places to eat nearby it did not matter.

The service is impeccable, the rooms are very updated and comfortable, and the location is great. The hotel can be a little pricey, but if you get a good deal go for it. The breakfast is superb--go for it. This is really at 4.5 star hotel, not just a 4. Getting complementary entrance to the Iveagh Fitness Club is a real bonus, too.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room--it really is a quiet hotel with good sleep quality. The upper floors, away fr...
