Stayed here with my husband as we were attending a function in town. Hotel is impressive but the room quality did not impress us. The electrics kept blowing in the room and the maintenance man tried to blame the appliance. We moved room and guess what.... No issues with the hair dryer. The sink in the new room had a constant leak from the tap, the drain smelled, the tv only worked when it wanted to and the curtains were hanging down. Again we called reception and the maintenance man came. Again he used every excuse under the sun as to why these problems were there but failed to fix any of them. He told my husband that he was the engineering manager and his assistant would come to address the issues.... No one came!
The food was average however the breakfast was excellent.
On checkout we found the receptionist to be under pressure she was joined by another staff member who smelled of smoke. Clearly she was on her break but at least freshen up before returning to your desk.

We won't be hurrying back

Hubby & I stayed here for 2 nights on 8/31/2013. Great location close enough to walk to town & pubs but away from all the noise, walking distance to St. Patrick's Cathedral. Everyone at the hotel was helpful & nice. We had issue with room being next to elevator & Francua was kind & quick to change our room. Also Joe, doorman was awesome. He suggested several places to go into town & we were not disappointed. Can not say enough about the breakfast, it was quite the spread, just what we needed for all the walk you do. Bar was also nice, bar tenders quick to suggest drinks. Also like the added extra security that you need a rook key to go to all floors past the hotel lobby.

Visited the restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had an absolutely amazing time. Was there many times before for working dinners and the food was always very good but it was the first time for a special occasion and surely we were not disappointed. Service is spot on and food is second to none.
We both ordered fried calamari which were simply divine and came with a lovely sauce and for main I had steak it simply melted in your mouth. My husband had rack on lamb and unfortunately I didn’t taste it but did look great and he assured me it was fantastic.
We were so full we didn’t order any dessert.
A magnificent meal and I night to remember.
Can’t recommend it enough!!!!!

Ideally located, this hotel offers absolutely everything a traveller expects. Staff is extremely professional although I don't think I met one Irish person, but that's the global world I guess. Breakfast is lavish (and they serve expresso at no extra charge although I had to teach them what a ristretto was...). I was lucky enough to stay in a business room and it offered free nespresso machines in the room. As they are not exactly the most recent, I had trouble making mine work and with the magic phone line (one line solves it all), within seconds, literally, I had someone over helping me! Always a kind word and polite, the staff is to be commended!

Close to St. Patricks Church/square, Dublin Castle and minutes walk to Grafton St., Temple Bar areas. Modern, friendly staff, huge delicious breakfast buffet with gluten free options that is included in room price. Nice bar area. Quiet, as off beaten path from the busier areas of Dublin.

I stayed here for 5 days last week. The location is great as it is very central. The main shopping area is a few minutes walk away, Dublin Castle is next door and the river is about 5 minutes walk. It is a new hotel so the interior is modern and smart. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was superb with an excellent shower. Wifi was included in the price as was breakfast which was fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and helpful so I have no complaints and in fact can only praise the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is modern, spacious and in a fantastic location. The rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean. The weekend we stayed it was a busy weekend for Dublin and the hotel was full to capacity. This didn't have any impact on the wonderful service received from the staff. This will always be my first choice of hotel when staying in Dublin. As an avid Radisson fan, their breakfast buffet should never be missed! Well done!
