“fabulous hotel”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 February 2014

Stayed here with my boyfriend on sat night, the hotel was fabulous.
arrived about half 1 to see if we could leave ourbags but thry said our room was already available.
we were located on the first floor, room 115 which was a standard room. The bed was a super kingsize and the comfiest mattress ever! There was a small sofa in the room, iron, safe, hairdryer, tv and minibar and kettle with tea snd coffee. The bathroom had a walk in shower which was amazing and a huge bath too and there was shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and soap. There was even speakers in the bathroom so you can listen to tv/radio whilst in there!
The rooms have definately been done to a very high standard.
we had a drink in the bar before we went out for our night out and the service was great with plenty of seats, great selection of cocktails
we had breakfast in the restaurant and there was plenty to choose from, fruit, toast, cereal, croissants and pastries, yoghurt as well as full english
The only thing we didnt enjoy about our stay was the food we ordered off the menu wen we camd in about 12.30am, the burger was 15 euro and chicken masala was 15 euro and they were very lacking in flavour

Hotel is located near christchurch, about 10 min walk from temple bar and 15 mins from o'connell st.

I would definately recommend this hotel and hope I get to stay here again, just remember to watch your p's and q's as some of the residents we came across seemed to be looking down there noses at others

We recently visited Dublin during the 6 nations and stayed at the Radisson in Golden Lane. The staff were helpful, friendly and courteous during our visit but we didn't have many conversations to begin with. Then as we were leaving and after we had checked out, disaster struck as our car wouldn't start in the underground carpark. It was then that we began to notice how helpful and concerned the receptionists were. They let me use the phone to contact my insurance company, relatives and our travel agent. As we appeared to have no breakdown cover (forgot to inform insurance company of Ireland trip) they began ringing round to try local garages...it was Sunday evening unfortunately . One of them rang her mother who'd experienced similar difficulties to us! In the end, a helpful breakdown man came and replaced the car battery but we missed our ferry and had to stay an extra night. It was however a pleasure to spend another night at the Radisson and enjoy their hospitality. The breakfasts were delicious, beds and rooms very comfy but above all, the lovely staff on the front desk were exceptionally nice. Thank you!!

Room Tip: We had 3 rooms during our visit and they were all very good.

We stayed here for two nights whilst visiting friends and family in Dublin. The hotel is fantastic. We paid a relatively small amount to be upgraded to a suite and that was worth every penny. Extremely plush, modern well designed room, floor to ceiling windows, coffee machine, walk in shower, separate wc, bedroom, hall way and lounge / dining room. Had a really great nights sleep. One of the best city hotels I've stayed in. Breakfast is also very good.

Room Tip: haggle on check in for an upgrade, its worth it.
