We stayed at the Radisson in June and found it an excellent hotel. It had a good location not very far from all the attractions. Our room was on the first floor looking on to the lovely patio area. The rooms were large and well equipped. The staff were friendly and the umbrellas provided when it was raining was a class touch from a class hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while on vacation. Our room wasn't ready as we arrived quite early, but the staff were friendly and did their best to accommodate us. They kept our luggage in a security place while we waited for our room to be available. We stayed in a junior suite, which had a balcony with a great view of the city. The room itself was spacious, with a very large dinner table and comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and included a TV built in the wall if you wanted to watch while soaking up in the tub. The hotel is in a great location, which probably makes it a very popular. Most of the attractions are within walking distance. There are taxis available for trips that require more distance. I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dublin.

We were very impressed with this hotel. From the front desk staff on check-in to the very helpful front desk individual who helped me with directions to the airport at 6:00am. The rooms were very nice and modern. We had two interconnecting rooms, which kind of made it feel like a suite. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The breakfast buffet was very large and good.

The hotel is within walking distance to most of the popular places in Dublin. We were able to get out and visit the Temple Bar area, Trinity College, St. Stephens Green and walk across the river bridge and visit some areas north of the river as well.

The only gripe I would have with the hotel was that our rooms faced a courtyard and the night before we had to get up very early to catch our place, they had a world cup watching party. The party was supposed to end around 10:00, but it continued on another 1/2 hour or so. While I understand and participate in the excitement of the World Cup, I would think a hotel that caters a lot of business people, would have such a party indoors. I feel sorry for anybody who had to make a presentation in the morning on only a few hours of sleep because it was too noisy.

Other than the party, our stay was fantastic and would definitely stay there again - just not during the World Cup.

Room Tip: Do ask for a room that does not face the courtyard. I assume that the hotel uses this area for part...

This hotel is located within walking distance of most of the sights and street life in Dublin. It has the advantage of being just outside the busiest and noisiest streets of Dublin making it feel like a place to retreat to.The standard king room was large by European standards with a comfortable bed and all the amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful -- one person helped out with a cell phone issue without being asked. We did not eat breakfast here -- walked a couple of blocks to a street with several places to choose from. Very close to Dublin Castle and St. Patrick's Cathedral. The hotel has parking which was easy to access, spacious, and E10 per night. There was no problem driving to the hotel from the airport or finding our way out of Dublin -- the roads to and from are wide enough to navigate comfortably.

Room Tip: We asked for a quiet room and that is what we got.

Wow!! What a gorgeous hotel. Despite arriving early (8.30am) staff were able to let us into our room by 11am ahead of normal 3pm check-in time. We passed the time by having breakfast in the lovely VnV restaurant. The room was a junior suite; king size bed, two sofas, table and chairs and bathroom with separate shower and bath with built-in TV. Breakfast was buffet style with all preferences catered for. We had a cooked breakfast each morning which was awesome (kept us going all day with no need for lunch). On our last evening we dined in the VnV restaurant due to heavy rain! The food was delicious and we had a lovely relaxed evening. All the staff; front desk, restaurant and housekeeping were all very professional, polite, warm and friendly. Our trip was for my 40th birthday (a surprise organised by my husband) and I couldn't have asked for a more exceptional place to stay. The hotel is in a great location with many attractions close by.
