Stayed at Radisson Hotel in Dublin for one night to see the city and have closer to the airport. Stayed in a business-class room for 219/night.

Pros
- The design, the hotel is one year old and the decor was as new. We liked both the public areas and the rooms, It was stylish but not over designed.
- The restaurant, the breakfast buffet was great! One of the best buffets Ive tried! There was also a good-looking brunch-buffets, we decided against it because we only had one day in dublin but it looked were tempting!
- The staff, none of them were from Ireland but had some great advise about Dublin anyway.
-Location!

Cons
- The only negative comment I have to say about this hotel was the lack of hot water. In the evening it took 15min before the water turned from ice to a comfortable temperature! Not acceptable! When we told the staff about this during checkout we got a minor discount.

If it wasn't for the problems with the hot water I would give this hotel a 5/5.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in walking distance of the shops, the Temple Bar district and in fact center of town but still in a very quiet neighbourhood.
The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are clean, good average size and well decorated. We also had a good diner at the restaurant of the hotel. We would recommend this hotel for its location and cleanliness. Check-in and check-out procedures were impecable.

Shared a room with colleague at medical conference, having booked a twin non-smoking room well in advance of event. Given room on 3rd floor, discovered next morning due to smell, we had been given a smoking room. Complained to female receptionist and were eventually offered a smaller rm on 2nd floor with no drawers. Since we were 2 ladies staying for 4 nights requiring more than just hanging rails, we asked could we have a room with drawers and were initially told that none of the rooms had any! We were then offered a double room with a pull out bed and drawers on the 1st floor. Since neither of us wanted to sleep on a pullout bed, particularly for what we were being charged, we declined. We were told by male receptionist that he "didn't have a joiner available to make any!", "we dont have drawers in case you leave something behind" and were then offered an office filing cabinet! We had to live out of our suitcases for the duration of our stay. Tip, if you want a bigger room with drawers book a smoking room or a room on the 1st floor. This is a really beautiful hotel but I think the furniture is certainly more style over function or perhaps catering for 1 night stays only. The breakfast and staff in the restaurant were excellent but due to the rudeness and arrogance of the reception staff, we will not be back.

Stayed here for one night on business.

The hotel is quite new, and is located about 5 minutes walk from the Temple Bar area of Dublin.

Check in was very straight forward, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had a room on the 5th floor, and the room was great. It was average sized, but had a fantastic bathroom (separate bath and shower) big screen TV, and all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel of this standard.

The hotel bar - like most of Dublin was quite expensive, and we did not dine at the hotel, though there looked to be plenty of choice. Breakfast was a fantastic spread - practically every type of breakfast food you could imagine!

Absolutely recommended, the only think that stopped the 'excellent' rating was that it is quite expensive.

Stayed here for 2 days with my family in connecting rooms. It was a very good stay but somewhat expensive, even for Dublin standards.

The hotel is brand new and has a great design on the inside and is perfectly located. Close to everthing, but in a relatively quiet street. Nice!

The rooms look great and are of average size. Good beds and nice batrooms. The restaurant is very good.

Would go back if staying in Dublin.

Spend a long weekend in Dublin spending three nights in this hotel. Weather was great for September!

No real complaints about the hotel. It is modern, clean, well furnished with helpful staff. Somehow a little clinical. I think we would have preferred something a little more quirky.

Front of house and restaurant staff totally non-Irish as far as I could tell. All keen to help.

Hotel location is good. On southside five minutes walk from Temple Bar, Grafton Street and other attractions

Decided to upgrade to a “Business Class” room on arrival – double bed, larger room on top floor. Trouble was my partner couldn’t handle the all consuming brown décor – so we move to another “Business Class” two floors down with twin beds. Much the same size – only lighter décor and with a much smaller flat screen TV.

Only ate breakfast in the hotel. Pretty good with a wide range of options.

On the whole an above average hotel experience.

This hotel is in a brilliant location for visiting Dublin especially if your want to be in the heart of the city but dont want the noise of the centre. Very modern, great design, rooms were spot on very comfortable and spotless. Staff very helpful, smiley and friendly. Quiet area but only 2 streets away from great night life and shopping. We would definately stay there again.
