“Great Home Base”

This was a great home base while we were in Dublin. Walkable to everything, but out of the way. and if you're a whiskey fan, Teeling is almost next door!! The bed was comfortable and the fact that it has different spaces (bedroom, dressing room, bathroom, living room, etc) and the back deck, made it really livable and homey. Keith was great with accommodating our late arrival too! I attempted to out savvy jet lag and arrive in Dublin at midnight instead of the typical red eye from NY, NY. Throughout my rental search, most wouldn't/couldn't accommodate the late arrival. Keith was outstanding. Really attentive through our whole stay. Oh and Americans....just an FYI...yeah in Europe, apparently having your food wrapped to go is a VERY big no-no and considered tacky. :) Just a helpful hint from one traveler to another. Save yourself the embarrassment and just don't ask (unless you go to a place specifically for take away.) Oh and make sure you try Leo Burrdocks!

“Warm and comfortable”

We have stayed here twice now once last June and again for 2 weeks March/April.
House is always clean and welcoming, being abit of a technophobe had a problem with the TV, telephoned Debbie who came out straight away. Wonderful service, she was very friendly and helpful. Weather was wet and cold but the house was always warm and felt very cozy when the wind was whipping round. Only a 5/10 min walk into town with all the bustle of a city but a quiet spot to relax in.
Would definately recommend this accomodation

“Lovely cosy cottage, very central with really helpful owner”

We stayed here for a few days and had a lovely time. The cottage is very nice and cozy. We had a minor issue with the smoke alarm and the owner was really responsive. I then left my expensive leather jacket behind and the owner was really helpful in returning it to me. It's really central and is just a ten minute walk into the centre.

“Comfortable and Convenient.”

We like to stay in neighborhoods rather than in the noisy sections, and this was nice. Kids riding their bikes out front. Neighbors were sweet. Still, we easily walked everywhere we wanted to go in no time at all. Nice little kitchen. Restaurant close. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including our big 3: coffee, hairdryer, and iron. Also, a good table for writing, and a nice little table outside. Easy to park too when we had our car.

“Great Location and Value”

Loved this place. Great location, and value. Has everything you need. One helpful thing to add would be "blackout curtains" for the upstairs bedroom as it gets very bright at night with the street lamp outside. The park across the street was great! Mt 1.5 year old loved playing with the local children and birds.

“Perfect place to see the sights of Dublin, while still feeling at home.”

To start off, Keith and Debby were amazing. They were both accessible and answered every question I had, and there were plenty of them. The response time was great. The actual apartment itself was perfect. I was traveling with family (everybody was over the age of 25), and it fit the four of us perfectly. It was a good place for the weekend we were there. It was raining the day we arrived, and Debby greeted us with tea and coffee as soon as we got there. The location was close to many of the sights, many St. Patrick's Cathedral and the guiness factory, but it was also just far enough away from the Temple Bar area that you could walk there, but you wouldn't be surrounded by only that. If I ever go back to Dublin, I'd stay here again.

This property is an excellent base for anyone visiting Dublin. It's location for us was perfect. Less then 15 minutes walk into the centre and 5 from the Guinness factory. The lady who ran the cottage Debby was very helpful and the place was spotless. Would defiantly look to stay hear again next time we visit Dublin :-)
