Four of us had lunch here St. Patricks day, the service was fast and friendly. We had 2 full Irish breakfast and 2 club sandwichs. The food was tasty, large portions and great value for money. The cafe looked fresh and clean. We will be back.

Lovely little place.. Looks like new management has taken over but still old staff, shirlee the new manger is a lovely bubbley woman who knows her stuff. Portions are generous. Chicken curry would be my fav. The new interior is lovely, and the place is spotlessly clean.

We came here on an afternoon with our two young kids not sure what to expect.
We were pleasantly met at the door and promptly seated. We had beautiful food and the girl from the north who served us was very friendly and helpful.
To top it off it was very reasonably priced too!

I found recent reviews of this restaurant to be very accurate. I had a lovely late lunch in riordans with some friends today, to celebrate friendship for valentines day. Our time in Riordans only added to our loved up feeling, and the staff from chefs to waiters must have been sharing the love too. We were all very impressed with how welcomed and at home we felt, not to mention the food. I had a club sandwich, which was delicious. It was a loaded triple-decker, with proper rashers of bacon, chicken breast pieces, crispy salad and oozing with cheese. It was the real deal in epic sandwiches! But I also tried the steak sandwich that my friend ordered. It was a proper sirloin steak served on an open baguette! Usually place's like this use lower quality steak for a steak sandwich but this hunk of meat, cooked to his liking, could have been served as part of a full steak meal, which would normally cost around 20 euro. But I think this was only around 11 euro. We noticed after that that they actually do serve a full steak dinner also as part of a special deal including a glass of wine or beer for around 15 euros. As a non-drinker, I'd probably go with the steak sandwich next time anyway (there didn't seem to be a non-alcoholic drink option with the steak deal which isn't much good to me, though it's still quite cheap). A couple of my friends were a bit annoyed that they only noticed the sign for this special deal after they'd already ordered their food. Maybe not over-advertising good offers is one way of ensuring people come back again. Looking forward to next time though!
