Great weekend

Review of Sunrise Lodge
5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 25 Apr 2017via mobile
The Lodge is on a perfect location, just next to the sea, and only 10min walk away from the city centre. Our room was on the first floor with a beautiful view of the bay. The hosts were lovely, very helpful with the tourist informations and everything else. It was a great stay, and I'm looking forward to visiting again.

I stayed here for 4 nights and the hosts were more than helpful and caring. The location is directly at the sea, which is beautiful and it is only a 10 minute walk into the city center. There are pubs and shopping facilities close by. Great breakfast is served. You can choose from quite a variety. The rooms are very lovely decorated.
The only reason I did not give the full points is, that as most B&Bs you can hear the noises from the other rooms. But I was lucky and my neighbors were quiet people.

Room tip: If you are noise sensitive, ask for one of the attic rooms

Wanted a B&B in a location close to both Salthill and the City. 10 minute walk into the City and 5 minutes the other direction your on the Salthill promenade. The owners, Joan and Peader were ever so helpful. Couldn't ask for better. Rooms were nice and clean. The bed was so comfy!

Lovely weekend in this B&B, given the nice room (even if not so large) with nice sea-view and the absolutely kindness of the owners. Room and bathroom were cleaned every day. Breakfast really rich, including both typical Irish and international. Walking distance from the city centre, with really quiet surroundings. Totally recommended!

Room tip: Sea-view rooms are recommended.

We arrived at 7pm for one night in Galway. Peter gave us a very warm welcome and recommended super restaurants and pubs. The lodge is about 20 minutes away from the center. Everything was clean and the irish breakfast was very very good.

The best location in Galway. Salthill is amazing. Cozy B&B, good breakfast. Nice view to the see. Worth it. I've stayed for one night, 15 minutes walking until to city center. You can jogging surrounding the sea.
