Room was very cold and radiator wasn't working. Had an unpleasant sleep due to room opposite full of noisy guests. The owner was well aware of this but offered no discount or apology. Breakfast served from 8-10... Got down late for breakfast due to lack of sleep (9.45 am, but still within time allocated) and staff member was very rude and did not explain what was on offer. No menu offered just a full Irish even though there were other options available which I found out after. Ended up getting cold "half-Irish" breakfast which included 2 sausages, 2 rashers, an egg and a cold coffee. Plate was taken from in under my nose when I had finished. The accommodation is nice and clean but would not stay here again due to my experience

Warm and friendly people who couldn't have been more helpful. Carmel even phoned our family member to give him directions to us. Excellent service including yummy breakfast, big comfy bed in a spotless room, and all in a perfect location. Thank you so much!

stayed one night here, further from the city center than we expected, but walkable in about 20 min or so. the owner, who was very sweet and helpful, was also a taxi driver and brought us into town, gave us reccommendations as to where to eat and was overall knowledgeable. the room was clean and comfy and the bathroom was amazing. it was nice to be in a clean, normal shower:) also converters available at the front desk to borrow. breakfast was delicious and everyone very friendly.

We had difficulty finding the B&B as we didn't have a Sat nav but we phoned Gerry and he talked us in. It is on a main road but we weren't bothered with traffic noise.

Great having a kitchen upstairs to make tea/coffee and also a computer and internet as we didn't have a laptop we were missing out on emails from home. and internet cafes are thin on the ground..

Gerry made us very welcome. The bedroom was clean and spacious with a king sized bed, luxury after those teeny double beds in other establishments and thankfully not overdressed like a lot of B&B's seem to be.

We ate at Trappers pub, walking distance from the B&B.

Rooms were clean, the price was reasonable. B&B is somewhat hard to find if one is unfamiliar with the city. It was a lengthy--but doable--walk to city center. Carmel (the owner) is funny and warm and very helpful with directions and ideas for best places to see.
