“Another great stay”

Sometimes my satnav delivers me to the back door instead of the front, and so it turned out when we arrived in Galway. However a quick whizz round the block took us to the main entrance and, despite being five hours eary, a room was identified very quickly so we could unpack and explore the town with confidence. The hotel is nicely placed in this respect.
The staff were very attentive and as ever the Radisson traing bears fruit so we were very appreciative of the way in which we were looked after and we thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay

Room Tip: It is quite a high building so if you need a view ask for the river elevation. We looked down on rec...

Prior to booking this hotel, we read many reviews and thought we would have difficulties. Instead, we were upgraded to an executive suite, found the staff EXTREMELY helpful and quite friendly. The hotel is located a couple of doors down from the GoBus station so it was easy to find the hotel pulling our luggage. When the refrigerator in the room didn't work, they wheeled in a portable one for us! The huge shower was amazing and we didn't have any problems with water temperature or pressure. The breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold foods but we particularly welcomed the fruit smoothies and fruit juices....my husband even had waffles and I ate smoked salmon. We were in Ireland on holiday for 2 weeks and found these accommodations and breakfast to be the nicest of all. We stayed here 2 weeknights and did not experience any problems with noise. We would definitely book this hotel again.

Room Tip: The executive rooms were wonderful and are located on the 5th floor. Try to book one if possible!

Corporate Hotel, just like all the rest in the world, nice public ares and room in general, bathrooms need attention. Bathrooms little niggles, like water temp fluctuation, sink would not stay filled, how much does one need to type to fill up 200 characters?

i would never stay here again the hotel is very clean but unless you are very rich or a big business person this hotel is not for you the receptionist that checked us in did not make us feel welcome and the barman he looked as though he was paying for the drink out of his own pocket . the hotel was very expensive so having to pay for the parking was outrageous i will never stay in any radisson blu hotel again the breakfast was terrible you had to order your eggs whatever way you want them but by the time you got them your breakfast was cold or you had eaten it one thing i will say the staff in the restaurant were very pleasant maybe they should be front of house and in the bar

Stayed at the Radison Blu for a business trip. Location was excellent - ewas able to walk and explore Galway (and it's bars) within a few minutes. There was a mix up with my colleagues bookings (error by the company) which was sorted quickly, and the team let us check in anyway while they sorted it. Didnt get time to use the spa, however my colleagues did and seemed to enjoy it. Room was very comfortable, breakfast was AMAZING - I was a very happy tenant :)

Comfortable room & bath.
Wonderful Irish Breakfast selections in a beautiful Dining Room.
Loved the location since it was a short walk to the shops & Pubs.
Since we were sight-seeing most of the time, we didn't spend much time at the Hotel....but we enjoyed the time we were there.

Happy with the bedroom, luxurious with very comfortable beds. About a 5 minute stroll to Eyre Sq, so near enough to the action! Staff not very friendly and had to wait a while to check in despite the fact that it was after 4pm. Breakfast selection was good but some food cold etc. Would not pay extra for it if its not included in package etc
