This hotel is in a relatively good location, as it is only 1km from the city centre. The room was fairly spacious and quite comfortable. The staff were excellent and responded to every request we made. They brought us up a high chair from the restaurant so we could feed our 9 month old.
The hotel is very basic, but still excellent value at those rates. Our room was only €25.50 a night.

A good value hotel if you manage to grab the 20 or 30 pound rooms, but I wouldn't want to pay any more! The hotel is your standard Travelodge with large, sterile rooms and soulless decor - which was fine for the one night we stayed. The walk into town is pleasant enough and the location makes it very easy to get back on the motorway, which was convenient for us. So all things considered....not bad.

Good Afternoon I’m glad you enjoyed your stay with us. I thank you for acknowledging that we have are very good value. Regarding your comments on our rooms a more accurate description would be that they are modern, crisp, clean and are representative of what our clients need and request in the current climate. We do not offer “Fuss” in order that you our customers achieve the best value. I will be sure to pass on you positive comments to our staff. Look forward to see you again. We stayed here for 2 nights on a £12 Ryanair quicky to Galway.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet, the shower was powerful and hot and the bed was comfortable. Also, we payed less than €30 per night, so good value too.

The hotel is not centrally located but Galway City is a small place and we were happy to stroll the 10-15 minutes into the centre - it's a reasonably gentle gradient and the road is lined with pubs (!). There is also a fair-sized shopping centre with Tescos etc. about 10 minutes walk in a different direction.

Only slight negative was being charged €5 for a bottle of Bud at the hotel, but then again prices in general were horrendous now that the £/€ rate is effectively 1:1. I mean, €4 for a pint of Guinness everywhere we went - even dearer than Central London !!

Overall very happy with our stay and would definitely choose to stay there again.

this was a budget friendly hotel with very little amenities- however, it was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. the tours picked you up at the front door and city centre was within a 7 euro taxi ride, and with as cheap as the room is, you can totally afford that!!

The hotel is exactly as advertised. It is clean and offers no amenities. No shampoo in the room, pay for wifi, 2 towels and no more. The room was clean but had little else. The location is walking distance to downtown Galway, but it is about 15-20 minutes. I would not recommend static there as there are other hotels closer.
