Noreen and Joan were the most sincere, warm, friendly hosts ever. Noreen is a real "live wire" She's a retired dancer and has more energy than most 30 year olds. The room and bed was comfortable and the best breakfast in Ireland

I stayed with her for 2 nights, having found Mystical Rose online.
She treated me with professionalism, but also the warmth of an Irish lady! She is ever ready with her quick wit and can recount tales of her experiences around the world.
The food was delicious, and she even gave me a gift of some homemade bread when I was leaving!!
This is not a place where you are treated as a guest, instead you feel like a friend/family!

One of the most enjoyable places to stay, Noreen is an absolute champ who makes you feel at home. Great place to stay and is a few minutes walk from town. Will definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Words can’t do justice in describing our experience and just how wonderful Noreen and the Mystical Rose are. A ten minute walk from downtown Killarney, the Mystical Rose is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is filled with character. The room was very clean and had fresh picked flowers from her garden there to welcome us. The breakfast room is filled with natural light and a lot of Noreen’s “touch.” The breakfast was a great start to our day - best brown bread we had! Noreen was quick to tell a story, make you laugh, recommend places to go, laugh at herself, all in one breath! Best craic in Ireland! She gave us some great information about Killarney National Park and the Ring of Kerry - a short drive from the Mystical Rose. If you’re looking for plain and boring - this place is the LAST place you’ll want to stay! Noreen capped off our stay by having us ride her donkey - one of the most hilarious stories we tell from our Ireland adventure. Can’t wait to return!

The rooms were cosy and comfortable. The service excellent and the food delicious.
It is situated fairly close to Killarney and the ideal starting point for seeing the ring of Kerry and Dingle.
Thank you very much for the nice time Noreen.
