Stayed two night at Killarney Peaks and it was an awesome value for the money. The bedrooms are on the second floor and super clean, spacious, comfy, and the bathroom was newly renovated. I loved the glass enclosed shower. The 45 euro per night price even included the full Irish breakfast and wasn't an additional 5-7 euro add on like other places. Parking was free, we walked to town and it was only 15-20 minutes. The owner Damien was very friendly and told us areas of interest to go too. All in all I'd recommend highly for the great value.

We booked this on the way to Killarney from Cork on our weekend trip down south
We would definitely recommend this as one of the better B&Bs in Killarney without doubt.
its a bit of a walk into town centre, there is loads of parking space in the front yard.

Very friendly staff, Big rooms, spotless clean, no coffee or tea facilities though?or hair drier, im
sure they would have one if we asked , we didn't like to bother them late in the evening.
Big comfy bed, nice Irish breakfast the next morning. The weather was poor but that didnt dampen our spirits for our stay at Peaks b&b. Well done , great value at 45 euro for the 2 of us inc breakfast. would definitely recommend to all , families or couples. its ideal.

Me and my wife stayed there for two nights. We got a suited room, with another twin room, connected to our main double bed room. There was no coffee making facility in the room, no shampoo in the shower and there was only one night stand next to one side of the bed.
There wasn't nylon nags in the room trash cans, but the room was clean and cozy. It was cleaned on our second morning.
We really impressed from the Guesthouse manager - he really answered all our question with a smile and great patient. Shower was good and so the breakfast.

My husband and I recently stayed at Killarney Peaks on a recent trip to Killarney. The guesthouse is ideally located if you intend to drive the Ring of Kerry and is only a short (and very scenic) walk from the town centre (approx 10-15 mins).
The room was very comfortable and quiet - the bed was super comfy and the shower was great.
The owner was really friendly and offered some great info on the town and suggestions on what to see / where to go. He also cooks a mean Irish brekkie - one of the best we had in Ireland.
I would definately stay here again when I return to Killarney.

Room Tip: We had a room towards the back so it was really quiet

My husband, his sister and her husband and I recently stayed and found the location to be fine. Damien was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we knew where we were going and what options were available to us regarding tourist sites, transportation, restaurants and directions. The establishment itself was clean and had everything that we could possible need. Damien, the owner informed us that he had recently opened (six months ago) and that was still in the process of getting things settled. The walk to town is about 15 minutes however, the traffic is quite heavy at times so walking is a good option. The breakfast was very good, and I would stay again should I return to Killarney.

Room Tip: If you have a child or party of 3, ask for the room with the extra bed...it was great!!

At €45 a night for a double room I found this reasonable. Breakfast was lovely and Staff were friendly, relaxed and helpful. My partner had to be up at 5.30am for a race, the owner explained where everything was and let him into the kitchen to help himself, he also asked if he wanted to store his bike in the kitchen for safety. What the rooms lacked in the finer details as outlined by other reviews (bedside lamp) was more than made up for by the most comfortable bed! And a BATH! In our en suite, which we were very grateful for as my partner was very sore after his race. Stay here and you will be glad you did
