The Randles Court Hotel is located on the outskirts of Killarney, an easy walk to town. The hotel is furnished with lovely antique pieces, there are pleasant sitting areas off the lobby/reception area. We had a comfortable king sized bed in a spacious room with nicely tiled bathroom. The staff from reception to bar to breakfast were friendly, helpful and very professional. Breakfast included many made to order choices as well as a very nice cold buffet. Because it is an older hotel, there were some stairs to navigate, we did not find this problematic. The bar prepares an excellent Irish Coffee! If we are fortunate enough to return to the area, I would happily stay at the hotel again.

This is a very nice property located within walking distance to Killarney's town center. We were in room 101 and enjoyed same. The pool is very nice but has very limited hours. I was a bit put off when I walked down to view the pool [not to use it] and a staff member followed me to make sure I knew that it wasn't open. I already knew that and stated same when I asked for directions to the pool at the front desk. That same staff member also tried to charge us for a supposed "upgrade" when we checked out the next morning. She quickly backed off however when we told her that all of our accommodations for our two week vacation had been reserved and prepaid by our travel agency. Although our room was very nice, it was also very noisy, late into the night, as the outdoor smoking area was quite close.

Room Tip: Ask for a room located away from the outdoor smoking patio.

This is a nice hotel but it's a smaller hotel which makes it a more intimate setting. We stayed in a suite on the top floor and to be honest through no fault of the hotel it was not my cup of tea. We stayed in killarney previously at another hotel and there were little extras included which Randles lacked- ie bottles of water/munchies/fruit and robes had to be requested. Breakfast room service was fab and we really enjoyed it! The food overall was good and it seemed to house an older cliental maybe 20-30 yrs our senior- but I'm not taking away from Randles at all - good hotel but we probably need to stick to larger establishments to satisfy our own needs- thank you Randles staff!

Room Tip: We found the Superior rooms were dark so an upgrade may be necessary

Killarney is a beautiful place and Randles Court is a perfect place to stay. Sabrina and Sean went out of their way to make us comfortable, coming to our room to right a minor problem. The dining room is inviting and the food delicious. An outdoor patio in front of the hotel is perfect for watching the sun set!

Stayed at randles last week my first time in kilarney and couldn't have picked a better hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room was comfortable especially the beds ( can recommend room 113 as beds were excellent!). We eat in hotel before going out and were not disappointed. Breakfast was superb in excellent surroundings. Overall excellent stay and would certainly come back.

Room Tip: Room 113 was quiet

The staff here could hold a master class for other service-oriented businesses and hotels. Without a doubt, they are top-notch. We arrived a little early and were fine with dropping our luggage off, but Sean (manager) and Sabrina went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, found a room that was ready, and helped us with the luggage. Sabrina was also very knowledgeable and gave us some good tips about the Ring of Kerry and surrounding attractions. We were supposed to only spend one night, but we were so impressed and having such a great time, we stayed two nights.

The best way to describe it would be if you had a long-lost relative that loaned you their Manor/Abbey (with its staff) for the weekend. We felt like we were their only guests, even though the hotel was full and I'm sure everyone felt the same way. Whatever we needed, they went the extra mile to get to us.

The furnishings and decor are lovely, old-world, without being tired. The fireplaces all have welcoming gas fires or peat/coal/wood in them, and the lobby is very welcoming.

The bed was comfortable and clean; the bathroom large and also spotless, towels soft; tea and coffee available anytime; breakfasts were quick, hearty, with a lot of choices; pub/restaurant food was simple and delicious. We ate in front of the fire one night and could have sat there all night.

The pool is lovely; cool and clean, there is a sauna and steam room also which are wonderful. I would have liked to see the pool open maybe one hour more, it closed at 9:00 p.m. - maybe it is open longer during the high season.

All in all, we could not be happier with our stay and would recommend it highly to others. A special thank you to Sean, Sabrina, Richard and Aziz.

We stayed here for 3 nights recently and it was such a great place! We arrived in Killarney early and they let us check in around noon which was perfect. The room was very big, the bathroom too. Clean and comfortable. A short walk took us downtown to shops and pubs and a short drive took us to the National Park and the Ring of Kerry. The breakfast was delicious---we did not eat dinner here so I cannot comment on that. I would highly recommend this hotel.
