We stayed here for the annual ring of Kerry cycle. It's a great base for it, short walk into town and the hotel supply an area for storing the bikes. We were a little upset that the kitchen wasn't open for us to have breakfast before we headed off (we weren't leaving too early), but they did supply a selection of cereals etc. not enough in my opinion when you are paying the inflated prices of this popular weekend. Most of staff were very nice except for one receptionist. Also found some of the management a little un professional (they gave out to a couple of junior looking employees on front if customers).
Overall as a base it's fine, and most of the staff were very nice, but our group won't be going back over an issue that we felt was handled badly (our fault, but they could have gone about resolving it far more diplomatically)

The boutique hotel had a lovely atmosphere, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the assistant manager, he was so helpful and friendly and anything you needed, he sorted it straight away. Within walking distance of town. Bike hire across the road. We had a family room which was quite spacious, but the toilet didnt flush properly and the sink kept blocking which was quite annoying especially with three teenage boys.
My family stayed also and they all enjoyed there stay at Randles Court Hotel. Breakfast menu very good and service excellant. We will be back and we would recommend it.

Room Tip: Rooms on south side are quieter, our room was under the delivery area, very noisy in early morning w...

Our room didn't exactly look like the photo's but was comfortable, clean and quiet. We had assistance with our luggage and directions in finding what we needed in town. Breakfast was great and accommodated our gluten free needs. I would stay again!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu was one of the best selections I've ever had, and as it was cooked to order- hot food was hot -not tepid. Dinner was good too.
Our room was looking out onto trees. All the points I requested when booking the room was honoured.
The decor in the pool area could do with refurbishment but it was clean.

Room Tip: Request rooms away from kitchen ducts etc.

Randles Court is a quaint Hotel perfectly located, five minutes from Killarney town with ample parking. We wanted somewhere special to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and we definitely were'nt disappointed. The junior suite is a delightful room, airy and light filled. The staff were extremely helpful, in fact nothing was too much trouble, (a special thank you to Shane and Emma & all the staff), and the food was delicious...They also have a wonderful day spa, and I would like to especially thank Jennifer, there was nothing more relaxing than to end the day sight seeing with a facial or manicure...we are already planning our next trip... :-)

Room Tip: Ask for the junior suite although a little more expensive its worth it...

Randles Court is a family owned hotel which is worth every euro. The breakfasts were superb and the lounges in the lobby area had a feel of a B&B. There were several very comfortable pieces of furniture and the whole design was like a huge living room. It was a relaxing place to sit back, read, and enjoy a nice pint. Tom and his mother were very visible and always made me feel as if I was their only guest. The hotel is a very short distance from the center of town and it was an easy walk. When I was injured in an accident, Tom called the hospital, and when I spoke to him, he offered me to be his guest at the hotel for as long as it took me to recover and that just blew me away. I was well enough to leave for Dublin the next day. As Tom and his mom believed in the "hands ony approach", I would highly recommend this hotel with no reservation.

Stayed here for two nights while visiting Killarney.
Lovely Hotel but the staff are it's greatest asset. A special mention for Sean the manager and Sabrina at reception. Ideally located, good breakfast and nice lounge areas.
Would highly recommend.
