This hotel was our favorite while visiting Ireland on our tour package. It was clean, had a very nice room, in the middle of city center, great food and service. Easy walk to 'Irish' pubs, shops and just about any other thing a person would visit Ireland for. We spent 2 days here and visited the Tittanic experience, Blarney castle on day 1 and Ring of Kerry on day 2.

Enjoyed my two-night stay here very much! The staff were polite and went out of their way to make the stay pleasant; one of the servers even offered to have the chef make me a special dessert off the menu when he discovered that my food allergy prevented me from eating the dessert featured on that night's buffet in the hotel restaurant. The room was spacious; the bed was comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub was wonderful after a long day of sightseeing.

The Killarney Towers is huge. It is right in the centre of Killarney, an ideal location. There is a bar belonging to the hotel which has local music and is very popular. With such a large hotel there was insufficient lift space and this resulted in long waits to go to the bedrooms and the corridors were so long and winding it was easy to take a wrong turning. The meals are very strictly regulated with each group (mostly tour buses) being given a set time for their meals. The food was served buffet style, there was a good choice and it was plentiful. The hotel was too large and impersonal for my taste.

We stayed here with a tour group and found this hotel to be efficient and very pleasant to stay in. We had a nice surprise to find a Jacuzzi tub in our bathroom. The amenities were high quality, and there is an adjoining pub that has good food. The breakfast buffet offered many options. It's a busy place because of all the tour groups, but the hotel staff managed all of the arrivals and departures with ease. The only issue we found was that the WiFi was not available consistently.. We think that the hotel needs to add capacity to handle the large numbers of internet devices that travelers want to use during their stay.

We have two nites here which is a good thing since it will take me that long to find my room. The hallways are so confusing. There is no step in shower and though there is a jetted tub, it's not easy to get in/out of. Room size is ok. Smallest of any on this trip thus far. Dinner buffet was variable depending on who had what. I didn't think it was all that great. And my room seems to be facing the attached bar with very loud music. Since were here over the weekend and this is a party town, I'm not thrilled. Can't speak to service as I haven't interacted with anyone. I think ones feelings about this hotel are reliant on very personal tastes and this one is not on my list of favorites, though it isn't bad, by any means

right in town so great to walk out the door for shopping and visiting the town. Large place with long hall ways. Rooms very nice, Open your windows and let in the fresh air to cool down the room. Nice views. Food is good but the restaurant is crowded with tours. I was on a tour so we were not always seated on time. It has several pubs with live Irish music on premises. Good music but you need to go to the bar for service and make sure you get there early to get a seat. I would stay again.

Room Tip: If you face the street then you can get some street noise with the pub closes. No AC in the rooms b...
