A brilliant find for some afternoon exercise for the kids. Our boys are 8 and 5, the older one is very tall for his age (> 140cm) and so was able to get on the high wires - I went with him. We both loved it, it takes an hour or so to get round and has plenty of challenging points - for both of us. The little one, just having turned 5 found the lower ropes one a bit scary at first but by the time he got to the end wanted to go around again!! The staff were excellent, super friendly and made you feel that your kids were in great hands.

Went with children aged 14, 12, 10 & 8 years and to say that we had a fantastic time would be an understatment. There are two courses, a higher one for teens/adults over 135cm and then a lower one which suited my 10 & 8 year old. The courses are made up of a range of high rope obstacles and zipwires. You are fully harnessed at all times so no need to fret. The lower course took about 30mins to complete but the children can repeat it as often as they like. The higher course takes approx 1.5hrs to complete. It wasn't the cheapest activity (€25 per adult, €18 per junior and €10 per child with a 10% discount for four or more) but I would return without hesitation. I've spent far more on lesser activities! Go, you won't regret it!

We brouht our 4 and 6 year old kids there for a day out. Unfortunately the 4-yr old one could not do it as it is only for kids 5 and up. And it is not just some smple rule - it is just a bit too difficult for a 4-yr old. The 6-yr old did it alright. It was a great fun and we really enjoyed it. Our only problem is that we now promissed to our small kid that we will celebrate his next birthday there so that he can also to it. This includes a trip from Moscow, Russia, by the way ;)

Playing at height of 6-10 meters amongst trees on the grounds of Kilarney Hostel was such a fun way to spend an exciting few hours outdoors. We arrived with out a booking, parked the car, paid our fee of $25 and were swinging out of the trees within 10 minutes. The friendly and informative staff gave us the the equipment and knowledge of the course ahead. There is 27 different obstacles and 3 zip lines to monkey your way through. The course can take anywhere between 50-70 minutes. Cargo nets, swaying see-saws,tight ropes, dangling ropes and movign planks are a few obstacles to get through. Tired, sweaty and sore from laughing we were aloud to go again on another lap once we were finished. There is also a children's course which seemed very popular for a price of $10. This activity is challenging but very 100% safe.

Initially thought it was expensive. But it was definitly worth it. Been to much smaller courses which were far more expensive. Location adds to the attraction of the place very scenic and adrenalin pumping.
