We chose Falshea B & B by coincidence, but it turned out to be a great choice. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Unlike most B & B we stayed at, Sheila offered a big variety when it came to breakfast, including freshly made fruit salad and home made bread. A special treat for all football fans: The community room had Sky television so that we did not miss a single Champions League game during our stay.

We loved our visit to Killarney. We stayed for 2 nights at the end of March 2013. Sheila was so friendly and helpful. She gave us recommendations of things to do in the area. She knew just what we wanted from our vacation and helped us find it. The house was comfortable and clean. The pancakes were SO yummy!

We had a nice stay at Falshea House. Sheila gave us a great recommendation for dinner in town and in the morning breakfast was lovely. We were only there for a night, but the room was comfortable and we got the rest we needed for the drive around the Ring of Kerry the next day.

My daughter and I shared a twin room for 2 nights - overlooking the fields and hills, with cows grazing on the other side of the back fence. Absolutely spotless, with very comfortable beds, fine linen and towels. Breakfast was a treat, as Sheila went out of her way when we arrived to make sure our requests were taken care of the next morning. The 2km drive out of town is definitely worth it, and her recommendations of what to see and where to eat in Killarney were faultless. We had a fantastic time in the area, and will definitely return. We highly recommend Falshea House and would not consider staying anywhere else when visiting the area in the future. A huge thank you - it was the highlight of our trip! Jenni and Taryn. We stayed 4 nights with Sheila and loved her and the B&B. It's spotlessly clean, very comfortable and quiet and breakfast was wonderful - especially her homemade brown bread. Sheila couldn't have been nicer or more helpful and every place she sent us to was just what we wanted. Her suggestion of Murphy's Pub was just great - everything a pub should be with great food and drink and a very friendly atmosphere. Only small thing that could have been better was that the shower was very small - but we managed and everything else was so nice it just didn't matter. Thanks Sheila.

Room Tip: Our room was at the back, so it was especially quiet.

We stayed here one night after doing the ring of Kerry. It is located just a little out of Killarney but easy driving distance. Shelia recommend a wonderful pub in Killarney called Murphy's. They have the best Guinness stew I had in Ireland. Sheila is very friendly and is a good cook. Her rooms are very large, the bathrooms small but she puts out wonderful amenities like those in hotels. The shower gel smelled wonderful. There is lots of space to put out your items. The wireless works best in the lounge downstairs.
